My girlfriend and I stayed in Room 25 which has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other had two twin beds. There is one bathroom with a tub and shower. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffeemaker, pots/pans and dishes. The living room had a comfortable sofa and chair, tv and a small... More

We stayed at Port Superior the first night, being our first choice was booked. Then next 3 nights at Malcolm's Place. Being we could not get in Malcolm's the first night, they moved our luggage from Port Sup. to Malcolm's for us so that we did not need to drag it around all day in our vehicle. Malcolm's is for... We stayed at the Winfield for two nights while in Bayfield for Apple Festival. While the overall property was very nice and well kept, our stay was less than sub par. The beds were very tiny for two people to sleep in comfortably and they were extremely springy which made it for a noisy sleep and very restless one. The... More

We stayed in the motel, room 20, which is last unit in motel. Rooms have homey middle class feel. Each room has a balcony so sitting out enjoying a coffee is possible. As I said, we stayed in Room 20. It is the last room on the left. The benefit being no noise from neighbors to the left of you.... More

We stayed at the Apostle Pines 3 cottage midweek (Tues. - Thurs.). The view from the deck overlooking the golf course and Lake Superior is spectacular! The accommodations are very nice: a full kitchen with a lovely living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a deck featuring both screened and open areas. We thoroughly enjoyed this location, from drinking coffee in... More

We rented a cabin for our son and his young family. The place was spotless when they arrived and was a great gathering place for the 11 of us in the evenings. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a perfect spot to stay while visiting Bayfield.

The gardens are pretty but the maintenance on the building is past due, with rusty balcony railings and deteriorating roofing. The parking area for the two story building is at the back of the building. It is unpaved and was full of pothole puddles the night we arrived. There are also three large trash containers and many gardening implements, etc., strewn... More

The room at the Winfield was dated and the decor could use some work or consistency. I appreciate the fact that they accept pets but this reservation fell short. The rate was $228 and I expect more for that price. We were told we had a King room but ended up with two queens. It was hot and humid out... More

Crazy beautiful with flowers! The whole town of Bayfield was outstanding visually. We stayed in a condo unit instead of a hotel room. Either give great views of gardens and lake. It's almost sensory overload with all the flowers throughout the grounds and town - but loved it. Couple things that were kinda negative - Common hallway carpets need to... More

This was our first trip to the Bayfield area. We stayed at the Brickyard cottage #3. Located only two miles north of Bayfield & nestled into the woods make it private, quant, & convenient. This cabin is perfect for a couple as it is small & offers a Murphy bed for sleeping accommodations.
