Homewood Suites by Hilton Moab has garnered appreciation for its cleanliness and well-equipped rooms, complete with full kitchens, much to the delight of many travelers. Its central location is a hit, putting guests within easy reach of downtown Moab's attractions.
The hot tub and gym, along with the complimentary breakfast, add to the hotel's appeal. While some guests have mentioned noise and service inconsistencies, the friendly staff and competitive rates contribute to its inviting atmosphere, where touches like ice-cold infused fruit water enhance the experience.

We can’t wait to stay here again! What WOWed us was the 4 full sized bunk beds in one room. Perfect for our family. My kids Loved it! The bathroom was clean and the living room area with kitchenette was a great space to hang out in and the floors had no carpet! Yay! The breakfast area is spacious, the pool and spa area is well maintained and the best part was…we were in the heart and soul of town. We walked every where! Matthew at the front desk was helpful suggesting hikes, the food truck park for dinner, the coffee shop for smoothies and the ice cream store for dessert.
We were 5 miles to Arches National Park and 20 minutes from Canyon Lands, an ideal location. This was the perfect place for us. Thank you!

+1
We stayed at Moab’s Hilton Homewood Suites during our Canyonlands and Arches National Parks visit. Since we will be in Moab for 3days, we wanted an accomodation that had a full kitchenette so we can cook our own food. We stayed at a King Studio Suite and loved our stay! The hotel was located in the main street and easy to get to even though most of Moab’s main road is torned up with construction when we were there. You can pre-check online and you get a digital key. We were very happy we were able to check-in early after a tiring long drive. We didn’t have to go through reception anymore so settling in the room was very convenient. You can also ask for a room card if using a digital key is not convenient for you. The room was equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee cup heater, smart TV, sofa bed, and dining table. The kitchen was complete with 4 sets of cutleries, plates, bowls, glasses, cutting board, frying pan and wok, papertowel and dishwashing detergent (no sponge). There was no placemat or complimentary water. There were plenty of power outlets for charging and even a USB outlet on the bedside wall. Ceiling fan and A/C was available and extra bedsheets provided. Housekeeping does not come in to clean your everyday unless you request it. Guest laundry facility is provided in each floor. The cost is $1.50 for washing and another $1.50 for drying one load. You can ask the reception area to exchange coins if needed. There was no bathtub but the room had a shower with a dome showerdoor which made it spacious to shower, and a great feature so even bigger people do not feel cramped inside. There was also complimentary breakfast with a selection of breakfast burrito, Jimmy Dean breakfast biscuits, fruits, juices, granola bars, yogurt, cereals and coffee station. Mask is required and gloves were provided when you get your grab and go breakfast bag. We liked it this way so you can see and decide what you want for yourself. There is a business center with 2 public computers. Fitness center and swimmingpool are open as well. Overall, loved this accomodation and would stay here again.

I stayed here at the end of a Utah parks road trip. We chose it since it is pet-friendly and the location is right in town, minimizing our need to get back in the car after days of driving.
The location certainly did not disappoint. I checked in and chose my room in the app, and was given a digital key. Unfortunately my mobile reception in/around the hotel wasn't great so I ended up stopping by the front desk for a set of keys, easy enough.
The room lived up to my expectations for a Homewood Suites. Hilton is currently using tape seals on the room to let you know it's been sanitized. I felt like that was a bit unnecessary but I appreciate the attention to detail, and it gave me confidence they actually are taking additional cleaning steps.
All in all I would absolutely choose to stay here again. For those in search of food, there is a fantastic coop market next door, Moonflower. The prepared foods we bought there were outstanding! We stocked up for our trip home and ate dinner in the suite with some of their prepared foods. Very fresh.

The hotel is huge, there are probably over 150 rooms in the hotel, over three floors.
We stayed in a double queen room with a full kitchen. The room was spacious with an additional sofa and table with multiple chairs.
Due to Covid there was no housekeeping during our stay. If we needed towels, they provided a slip of paper to check-off what we needed and it would be dropped off or we could request items at the front desk.
The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops along the main street in Moab.
The pool was good, but the hot tub was not in operation.
Breakfast consisted of a brown bag with fruit, granola bar, muffin, etc.
Parking was covered, which was nice.
There were two washers and dryers on our floor and the machines worked well. Pricing for the machines ranged from $1.50 to $2.

Stayed for 4 nights in a 2 queen/sofabed studio. The room was spacious with lots of room for our family of 4. The hotel is in a great location downtown and walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast is so-so with hot waffles and microwave breakfast sandwiches which were not good at all; after 2 days we opted to buy groceries from the nearby grocery store and just cooked breakfast in the room. Staff was friendly. I'm docking 2 stars because there is no housekeeping in this hotel. Nada, as in it's not even an option. Doesn't matter how long you're staying. Hilton hotels has used COVID as an excuse to take away a BASIC service that should be included in any hotel room, especially since their charges are as high as ever. On our third day our daughter got some sand on the sheets (we had been hiking all day). As I stood there changing the sheets on this bed, it dawned on me that I was changing the bedsheets, emptying the trash, doing the dishes and wiping the kitchen in this room that I was paying $400 per night for. Might as well call it a hostel. At checkout, I was asked how my stay was. I mentioned that HK should be an option especially for those staying multiple nights. The front desk person said that the reason why they didn't have HK was because Moab gets so many international guests so they have to be extra cautious. Yes, she actually did say that! I found this funny, because we stayed at 9 other hotels in this 3 week vacation through UT, AZ and NV and this hotel was the only one where HK was not available even as an option.

Our five day stay in Homewood Suites in Moab was very satisfactory. The location right in the middle of town was very convenient for walking to dinner after long days of hiking in Arches and Canyonlands. Full kitchen is perfect for making lunch to get you through the day in National Parks. Following COVID requirements , breakfast is a bit lacking but there are three great places for breakfast across the street - Jailhouse Cafe, Love Muffin and Doughbirds. Room was well stocked and getting additional towels, toiletries, etc was very easy. There is extensive road construction taking place toward the parks and hotels along there lack appeal. Highly recommend this as your hotel.

We enjoyed our 1 night here. The rooms were very big. The bed sheets were so comfortable. The room had a stove, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink and plates and utensils. The showers was big for a hotel shower. There is a coffee shop as well as a breakfast restaurant across the street. We would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is excellent. I loved that our room had a full size fridge and kitchen. It was clean and very spacious. It was great for a family of 6. The breakfast during covid was excellent and loved that we could still have breakfast and just use gloves and hand sanitizer (that was provided). The breakfast was great with bagels, waffles, cereal and things my kids liked. I paid more to stay here because there was an indoor pool and we were staying in early spring. The pool isn't large but it's a decent size and wasn't busy during our spring break stay. My kids were happy with it. I would stay here again but it is pricey. If I went in the warmer months I think there are hotels with funner outdoor pools.

My wife and i used this hotel as our base location while hiking in the surrounding National Parks....the hotel has taken as many precautions as possible during the Covid-19 restrictions. Overall a great experience with nice and helpful staff members.
Breakfast was brown bagged and consisted of Water, piece of fruit, snack bar and a muffin. Coffee was always made and hot no matter the time of day.

Hilton assures those making reservations that all CDC guidelines will be followed, but they weren’t even close here. Their materials say there will be a day waiting period between guests in a room. Our room wasn’t ready until almost 6 pm, so it obviously had not been cleaned the day before and allowed to sit empty for a day. The front desk clerk wasn’t wearing a face mask; she said she’d been told the plastic partition was enough. Considering she was at the counter between the partitions then walking around to attend to guest needs, the plastic partition was completely inadequate. Very few guests were wearing masks or following social distancing guidelines.
Other negatives: the linens were dirty (see washcloth with makeup that became apparent when I wet it) and I caught a bug in the bathroom (see photo.)
Pro: Taylor at the guest was helpful and polite.
