My husband I stayed here on our visit to Moab. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the bungalows. The unit was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. It is very convenient place to stay if you are visiting Arches National Park.

We stayed in Townhouse 6 and it was perfect for the grandparents, myself, husband and two kids. Everything is labeled and comfortable and really well-appointed. My mother in law made a lasagna and a cake just using what was in the kitchen! The meadow is serene and it's gorgeous i

We stayed here for 4 nights in one of the bungalows and was initially very impressed. The bungalow was brand new and spacious. The king bed was really comfortable, the shower was modern and updated, and I liked that there was a small kitchen with local Moab coffee provided for gu

Dear Heather and Kevin, We are sincerely sorry (and alarmed!) that you had this problem. We have professional pest control services that treat our facility on a regular ongoing basis. We of course immediately contacted them upon learning of your sighting. We have held the unit vacant since your stay to resolve the issue. We will monitor closely to be certain the problem has been permanently resolved. This is not an acceptable condition to encounter in any of our units. We work hard to maintain a very high standard of cleanliness - I think if you read past reviews you will see that guests often comment on our cleanliness. A report of cockroaches in a unit is alarming and serious to us. We have used the incident to review with staff how to respond to any such issue. My Manager, Lisa Boose, has reached out to you. We would be grateful for the opportunity to discuss this directly, learn anything we can to improve our operation and - if possible - to make you satisfied with your stay. We hope you will return again and have a better experience. McKay Edwards, Owner

We rented the town home for five days in October.
The accomodations were lovely, the town house was well furnished, kitchen and otherwise. TVs were more difficult to operate. The staff just was not helpful when we checked in; that was a real disappointment to me. It seemed as

Dear Foodie-mama7: Thank you very much for your stay at Moab Springs Ranch and the very useful review. We apologize that staff did not meet your expectations. We were surprised at this because we pride ourselves on our customer service, and I think you will see from other reviews that our staff usually receives very positive reviews. We are a tiny resort and service is one area in which we work very hard to out-do the bigger properties and chain hotels. We have used your review to review procedures, protocols and customer service with all of our staff. We can do better! RE the check-out e-mail: This is not meant to take the place of personal service. This is meant to be a convenience to guests who are in a hurry to get to their next adventure. We will review this as well to make sure we are clear about this. RE the recycling - we do emphasize recycling at our Ranch as part of our sustainability program, but are happy to have staff handle the sorting at the recycling center. Our "invitation" to sort on your own is meant as an offer - even a bit of a "tongue-in-cheek" offer - for those who wish to sort. We have repeat guests who take pride in participating in our sustainability efforts. Some guests use it to show their children about recycling and their commitment to conservation. We will refine the message to make it clear that we do not expect guests to do this who prefer we handle it! WE were encouraged to hear you would stay here again, and hope to have another chance to provide you a better experience. Thank you again for your very useful review and travel safely!

We rented a townhome here - for a family of four this past summer 2018. Our first trip to Moab visiting to see the national parks and hike by day. This location was perfect! The townhome had every single possible thing that a family would need. The most well equipped vacation

We are considering renting unit 19 but we couldn't tell from the pictures what the view was like from the balconies and other windows? What are you facing on the balcony/covered patio that has the table and grill? What do you see from the master bedroom balcony? Thanks in advance!
Hi KB. We rented unit #4 so I can't really recall/help you with location or the view for balconies on #19. You could try contacting the management company and they may be able to tell you. There is a main map of the properties. Our unit #4 and properties next to our unit all have balconies facing the nice green grounds, making a great view and a little privacy. The units behind us had balconies facing the back of our unit but they may be higher so may still have a view (not sure). In looking at where unit #19 is, if the balcony faces behind the property, you'll have a great view of red rocks:) There is a good description of views on their main Moab Property website. Overall, the grounds and properties are gorgeous!! It's quiet, quaint, and private! I would stay at any of these properties again! Hope this helps!

My husband and I will be arriving in Moab this late October and would like to spend at three nights. We prefer a condo for the extra space, we will be eating all dinners out. The Moab Springs Ranch , from pictures and reviews, seems nice. One reviewer mentioned there is a lot of road noise from the highway. This is what concerns me. Can you comment on this? We would not be pleased if we heard trucks/vehicles all night. Thank you.

We are located on the main highway going through Moab and past Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Some units are closer to the highway than others and can have some truck noise. All the units are very well insulated and quiet. If you are sensitive to any noise I recommend any of Units 7 through 22 - they are set back further from the highway and have very little if any noise. Units 1-6 are the closest to the road but are very popular due to the creek and lawn area just off the patios. Many repeat guests request these year after year and are not bothered by the highway. Thank you for your inquiry. We know you will enjoy Moab wherever you choose to stay. October is always beautiful!
