Comfortable and clean room - we got a king bed so the room also had a couch/sitting area. Breakfast included - exactly what we wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel could use some updating - our bathroom definitely could have (everything was clean - just showing it's age). Would definitely recommend this anyone staying in Moab.

Room was very spacious and clean. We ended up staying an extra night. Really enjoyed Moab, Utah!! Dead horse state park and arches are a must see!! Easy to navigate through the town (haha). The town is so small you are through it before you even knew you were there.

The price was the major booking point for our off-season, one-night stay, but the pool and free breakfast were bonuses. The facility was clean, but it feels dated and needs a major helping hand out of the late 80's, early 90's. Being the off-season, there weren't a ton of staff around, but they were friendly. The pool area is loud,...

Rooms spacious and as expected; breakfast buffet impressive including mini Nutella packs which my kids adored. The pool is large and for colder weather, the best option in town. Southwest decor and reasonable rates.

We loved the couple running the hotel and the room design. However upon closer look we found stained towels, a ceiling trying to cave in above the toilet and a shower curtain that smelled mildewy. The price was great but we won't stay here again.

First, I must say that the staff is excellent. Very professional and helpful. The mattress is comfortable and the location is very good. Now for the "Needs improvement" list. 1. Walls and floors are VERY thin. We could hear the TV above our room ( Until 2:00 AM ). We were awakened every time the people in the room above...

Love this hotel. Check in was great. Quick and fast. Room was clean. Quiet, relaxing. Breakfast was good. Food was hot. Really nice pool, and exercise room. After spending the day out we came back to a clean and relaxing night.

We stayed in a ground floor room facing the busy main street. Lots of noise from the street traffic and the upstairs guests who were walking normally. I don't fault the upstairs guests but the lousy construction. If you don't get a top (3rd)) floor room facing away from the street, stay somewhere else as prices are inline with better...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us here at Quality Suites. We are sorry to hear that it wasn't enjoyed, however, we can assume that you've mistaken us for another hotel since we do not have 3 floors. Regardless, we hope you enjoyed your time in our beautiful Moab, UT area.

This per friendly hotel in at the far end of town. Close to a market and restaurants. It's a great value for many high hotels in the area. The suites are large, there is an indoor pool with spa, and there is a free breakfast. He stayed in room 137 which was directly next-door to the breakfast room so they...

Moab had some sort of event going, and the hotels I would normally choose were full. Ended up at this hotel, which was OK, but expensive. Our room was the largest in the hotel (according to the diagram on the door), but the extra room just expanded the walls, and added nothing to the usefulness of the room, which at...
