We spend two nights at the Aarchway Inn recently (Oct 14-15, 2013). We found it was a great place to stay. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was friendly and courteous and fast. She gave us a discount coupon to use at a restaurant in Moab, told me about things I might need to know about...

We snagged a room here between camping nights. All was clean, with a few special touches I'd expect from a higher end hotel. By chance we were given a handicap accessible room, and having traveled with a handicapped family member I can speak to the fact that the room at this hotel was modified very tastefully, again with extra touches...

Our group of 13 stayed for 3 nights in the hotel during august. People at reception could be friendlier and more helpfull. Rooms were quite big but our room had a smoking smell in it which was not very pleasant. Size of the rooms is ok and bathrooms also. Breakfast is very good with a nice buffet and plenty of...

Thank you for the thoughtful detailed review of our hotel. We are happy you enjoyed the amenities and breakfast while you were here. Our entire hotel is non-smoking, so I do apologize if your room had a smoke odor and I wish we would have had the opportunity to move you to a different room so that we could have...

Location is a little outside of town so you definitely need a car. It's close to Arches Park and not too far from Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. All parks are wonderful to visit. We booked a package deal through Aarchway and were supposed to have a half day rafting trip and an all day jeep rental. It would be...

Thank you for your detailed review. As we reviewed over the telephone - our packages are amazing, however, I agree that when one of the adventures is cancelled due to weather we do offer alternatives at the quest,s request. Rafting, especially, will wait as long as possible to cancel as they try very hard to go out if at all...

I traveled to Salt Lake City, Utah for a visit with my daughter. We planned a weekend trip to Moab to see Arches National Park. After searching reviews we decided to stay at Aarchway Inn. A few days after the reservation was made, they called me and asked if I wanted a free upgrade from a Double Queen to a...

The amenities and service at Aarchway Inn are excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfasts good, and the staff most responsive to needs. Staff helped me find stores and a special bakery. One of the clerks saved me a trip to the store by providing an aspirin from her own supply. I will stay again.

Another year, another score for the Aarchway Inn -- this place is fabulous. We had a large group, going in several different directions at the same time. The Aarchway came through -- which is how they seem to operate. Great rooms -- spotless; COLD frigs (accidentally froze a package of celery which was my fault not theirs!); great A/C. One...

The Aarchway Inn outside of Moab was grrrrreat. From the friendly folks behind the counter, to the great servers in the breakfast room , to the clean beautiful rooms and to the extras like a list of things to do while the gov't shutdown had the National Parks barricaded.
