Staff was great, room was great, Nothing fancy, really - just clean, neat, and well kept. As a Mecca for mountain bikers and trail hikers (near Arches National Park), they even provide cleaning rags (so guests won't destroy their cloths and towels cleaning up gear) in the bathroom! Very accommodating!

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Arches National Park. Hotel conveniently located a short 5 minute drive away from Arches. Very clean and comfortable room. TV was crystal clear, shower was spotlessly clean. When we originally booked our stay we had intended on only being in town 1 night....

We stayed 3 nights. The room was clean and spacious. They have no coffee in the lobby, which was a disappointment. There is a wash off hose for the bikes, and we were able to take our bikes into the room, which was great! A bigger fridge than expected and Direct TV, which was so nice after not being able...

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback. My wife and I just had a discussion about making coffee available in the front office. We love ideas and suggestions from our guests and will work on implementsing this one. We are so glad you enjoyed your visit and hope to see you again!

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was fairly comfortable but was dark and the lighting inadequate. To have light in bed I had to reach over my head, fully extending my arm and, in the dark, grope for the switch. It was expensive for such a small room. But the staff are friendly and helpful, plenty of towels, etc....

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We will look into better lighting above the bed area, we appreciate your suggestion. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the location and the rest of your trip. We hope to see you again!

We stayed here two nights on our journey through Utah to get an idea which parks we want to come back and spend more time at. We will definitely be returning! We could spend a week here no problem. I'm always a little nervous about staying at a "motel", but this place had very comfortable beds, very clean and updated...

A group of friends and I went to Moab to do a half marathon and visit both arches and canyonlands national parks. Planning the trip I did not know how many people were coming, but booked the "family room" because it had three queen beds in it. There ended up being five of us, but we were all perfectly comfortable....

I stayed here a year ago and was very pleased. This year I was back and was just as pleased. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plentiful, which was appreciated. The motel staff was helpful and eager to answer questions. They suggested good restaurants to visit and were very accomodating to...

The rooms were very clean and also had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was a little hard and ice not available, but for the price you can't beat this hotel. Despite being on the main road through town, it was fairly quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback, it is great hearing from our guests. We do apologize, one of our ice machines is out of order and we are waiting for a part so it can be repaired. I am sorry you weren't directed to our second machine. We hope to see you again and are glad you enjoyed...

I made a solo trip to Moab and spent three nights at the Bowen motel. My room was slightly dated but clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities. It's a short drive to Arches National Park and a short walk to all the town restaurants. Friendly staff and inexpensive cost make this place a good buy.

Stayed here 2 nights. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Good location for checking the town out. I thought the walls were thin and there was some noise from the room next door, like water running and the shower. I did sleep pretty well, and my shower had plenty of hot water.
