I stayed at the Red Stone Inn twice for two days each during a week in October. The people at the front desk were very helpful about the area and about the hotel in general. We had originally planned to leave after two days and not come back to Moab, but the national parks opened, so we came back. The...

How can you not like a room with knotty pine paneling? We enjoyed the quaint appeal of the unit and also liked the kitchenette feature. Don't expect this to be an overly modern facility with fancy amenities...but if you enjoy more of a retro experience you will enjoy this place. The bathroom was more modern than the bedroom and featured...

First of all this is a 2 Star hotel so don't expect a 3 Star or better facility, you just won't find it here. The staff were friendly and very helpful. This is a hotel that was probably in it's prime in the 60's or 70's. It is very dated, however the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. It...

We had booked on the motel website directly for 3 nights. On arrival we were told that we had canceled the reservation on the same day we made it. Showing the confirmation email did not help and the girl at the checkin was insisting that I should call a booking service I had never heard off. Apparently although you book...

Reserved two rooms for 27 & 28 Sept. These were in the same building as the office and close to it. Both down the hall from the laundry where they piled the towels from the hot tub. The smell of chlorine was overpowering and one of our party, an emphysema sufferer, had a hard time until we got a window...

We stayed here for 2 nights, initially, a week ago. I broke my wrist while at Arches National Park and so, we stayed an additional day to get more rest after the long day at the hospital. The hotel only had 3 rooms available, but they worked things around so we would not have to move to a different room...

The Red Stone Inn was adequate only. Rooms are quite small and there is only hard wooden seats to relax in. There is a hot tub but no pool, however everytime I went to the hot tub it was empty, excellent. The Inn is at the far end of town, so dining is limited and you need to go back...

Me & 3 friends stayed here for 3 nights in September 2013. The rooms are VERY small, you really have to be careful not to hit the bathroom door or outside door into anyone. By the end of the 3 days in Moab, I got accustomed to the room. The room had a funky smell to it, once the a/c...

I made a 7 night reservation for this property, to support my business activity in the greater Moab area. The person who took my phone-based reservation was pleasant, and the reservation was confirmed. Good! On arrival, I approached the Front Desk. A young woman (perhaps 19 or 20) retrieved my reservation, and began to robotically regurgitate the standard (pool hours,...

This hotel is convenient for downtown Moab and the areas attractions. There are shops, restaurants and gas stations nearby. It's easy to find as its on the main road through the town. We had chosen it because it said it was built in a local style. The hotel/motel is built of wood, but this gave the rooms and corridors a...
