Average at best. Disappointed in location and value. At $150/ night I expected better. No breakfast was available. Hot tub was not available. Parking near your room is limited. Not what I would expect for money.

The Lodge was a good location in town, not quite centered but everything was in walking distance from the Inn. Since it was on a side street it was quiet and comfortable with ample parking. The rooms were clean and substantial with all the amenities needed after a long day of hiking and visiting the many parks nearby. The staff...

Good-sized modern room. Comfortable beds. 24 hour coffee in lobby plus coffee maker in room. No breakfast. Helpful front desk staff. Centrally located in Moab. 10 minute drive to Arches National Park, then to Canyonlands NP it is 40 minutes to Island in the Sky and 80 minutes to the Needles.

Charity, who checked us in (a group of 9) had her hands full with us changing around who would be sharing a room with whom (meaning credit cards had to be switched for what rooms) and who would have their own rooms, etc. and she never lost patience and sorted things out systematically. I couldn't have been happier with her...

The location was superb . Almost downtown but quiet side street. Walking distance almost everywhere . Beautiful view from the window but no time to look at. A hotel has ample parking. It has very nice and cozy lobby to read a paper or check email. Wi-Fi did not work well on third floor at the end of the hallway....

The service was top self! Charity went out of her way to accommodate us. Would stay here again! Rooms were on the small side but that's the concept of the hotel. Overall clean and nice, customer service was the best.

We arrived late to the hotel and while driving, lost a tire. Because it was a Saturday night with no way to get out of town till Monday, I was stuck. I talked to the front desk and they were able to find me a room for my son and I to stay another night. Nice place to stay. Updated.

Just off of Main St with ample parking. Staff were incredibly friendly. The room itself was clean and beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again. It's an easy walk to souvenir stores and good food. Also a great place to have as a base when seeing the parks.

We've been to Moab a few times, and this is by far the best place we've stayed. I wouldn't consider anyplace else, as long as you book in advance. This hotel is within walking distance of town and is located in a quiet location on a back street. Love this place!
