Nice location..Cute place... Well over $400 for three nights...plugged/blocked bathroom sink.. Called the ( offsite) management who BS'd us that it would be repaired that day.. No action.. Next day.. Same thing.. No action.. Found a Guest Comments booklet in the room that, according to entry dates folks had complained about the same issue for over a month.. No action....

Your comments are appreciated and have been noted. We now have a staffer who works exclusively at the Kokopelli and is therefore much more aware of things that need to be dealt with and sees to it that they are handled in a timely manner. I hope you will give us another try next time your travels bring you to...

Shhh...don't tell too many people about this quaint, very affordable little motel. There is flair in the design of each room, and each time we have stayed our rooms have been very clean and well organized. Does not have a lot of the amenities of more expensive hotels, and the bathrooms are a bit small for six footers, but the...

Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know we got it right! The Kokopelli is a small, charming, motel in the heart of Moab with the best pricing around. Please come again. And to let you in on another little known secret - winters are fantastic here! Prices go waaaay down and you can actually get photos...

We stayed in a unit in the Kokopelli Lodge and not the suites - there are several properties under the Kokopelli name. Found on TripAdvisor and price was reasonable and location good. Room size was small but adequate for our family. Be aware that bathroom is small but it was adequate for our needs. There is a nice garden area...

Although we prefer excellent reviews, we do learn from all comments, so appreciate the feedback. I will be following up on everything you mentioned to see that we improve. Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your visit.

A slightly reluctant 4, maybe 3.5 rounded up. Great location but hard to find. Parking lot is small and a bit hard to navigate. I love the environmental mindset and the various recycling options. Great price in expensive moab. Negative is room cleanliness (under beds is nasty!), soap dispenser for sink empty and not refilled, no outside ice machine if...

Your feedback is important and we appreciate the comments. We'll try to do better for your next visit (though changing the size of the parking lot probably isn't in the cards!). Thanks for noting the great pricing compared to other Moab lodgings!

The Kokopelli was a relief after our last hotel stay, the room itself was spacious enough to fit 1 adult and two teenagers comfortably, and came with just about everything we needed. The room was very well designed, and very clean. There was plenty of storage space so that everyone's luggage would fit without having to be stacked, and the...

There are a few different properties in Moab with the name of Kokopelli. They are probably owned and managed by the same agency. We loved Kokopelli 100 because there were 10 of us and they have a simple but outstanding common area with seating and picnic tables. We loved that! The rooms were very adequate, nothing fancy, but clean and...

Happy is good! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Kokopelli 100 West is the newest family member and people seem very happy with the amenities and the gathering area. I'm glad you were able to take advantage of the outdoor space with your group. Come see us again sometime.

I stayed here for the second time recently, this time with my dog. The new check-in process is pretty convenient, although I didn't speak to anyone in-person the entire time. Each room is the same rate now, regardless of size/number of beds, which I found a bit odd. But the hotel is still generally well-priced, clean, centrally located in Moab,...

I wrote a review for this cute little place a couple of years ago. Since then we have stayed here 5 or 6 more times. We just stayed again 3 days ago. Every visit is better than the last. We have stayed at the lodge and one other property by the same owner. Both were excellent!!! The staff is so...

We twice stopped here spontaneously for a room. They were able to accommodate us last minute in two different properties, each very nice. Nothing fancy but nicely decorated and clean. One room was really a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Both times we were in small buildings off the busy main street but walking distance to restaurants and shops....

Kokopelli 100 West is a new property run by the same folks as Kokopelli Lodge. Currently not a TripAdvisor choice so don't get confused. 100W is a great concept - 10 new individual "cabins" on a well-located city lot. Each has a queen bed and 2 bunks, basic kitchen utensils, small fridge and microwave. All units located around a common...

Thanks for the great comments about the newest member of the Kokopelli family of lodgings - 100 West. The concept that a "motel" can be something without shared walls is being very well received and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Come again sometime.
