First the good things. Our room was spacious and reasonably clean. The decor in the bathroom screamed SEVENTIES! but I don't care. I don't see the need to replace something just because the fashion changed, as long as it works. But this is where the problem started. When we moved in, we noticed that the toilet leaked so the valve...

Avoid this place with a passion regardless of the "cheap" rates. Don't pay cash for a room at this Rodeway, cause they will bill your credit card too, and then when trying to get a credit - impossible - been over 5 weeks now and they won't even answer my phone calls. Motel is old, tired, and shoddy. In my...

Our room was a typical size with two king beds, but the toilet and tub were original 70s green and they acted their age. The window covers were basically non existent. The window covers let all sorts of light in during night, but during the day you either needed to leave them open so everyone could see in or you...

Second time staying at this hotel. Tried to book online in advance but the rate was $159/night. Ending up calling the night we wanted to stay, and got the room for $119. Largest room, with 3 queen beds. Also, only hotel with pool slide. Awesome customer service. Night manager was super nice, very courteous. No kids in pool after 10,...

I will start with the only positive thing- it is in a great location. In the heart of downtown Moab. This hotel is in disrepair. The rooms are dark and gross. Our room was in a corner with no light and the room has dark carpeting and walls. It was depressing. The pool is smaller than it looks in pictures...

We found this place online as we were driving cross-country. Most every place in Moab was booked this summer weekend. we could find no rates lower than $150/night, so we went ahead and reserved here. This is a very basic budget hotel at a non-budget price. When we checked in, the front desk help was perfunctory; later when we went...

Great, clean rooms. Awesome customer service and wonderful facilities. Love the pool! They helped us find fun things to do and even offered to show us how to get there. They had fresh orange juice and coffee in the morning!

The location is great, easy to get to all the downtown things, and also to head to Arches National Park, and the other great sites. The rooms are big and clean, something I liked was the touch of having original photography from the area in the room. The staff was helpful and nice. The pool was a good way to...
