We really enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn Asheville. The staff were absolutely amazing, kind and helpful. We even got a shuttle free of charge to Downtown Asheville and our driver Patrick was such a delightful young man. The pool was the highlight for out 7 and 5 year old boys! Breakfast was served fresh and there was always someone...

We had chosen the king bed room with shower only. However, we were not aware that the room is next to the pool. In other words, you pull your curtain back, and the pool is right there! We tried to change the room upon arrival, which has worked before at Hamptons. However, this time they were full, and the only...

Friendly staff, large, clean room, a small pool and adjacent hot tub/exercise room---what more can one ask for? The grounds are beautiful and the breakfast was quite good. Strange elevator situation means you need to take the one at one end, as the other is seldom free. I would stay here again, happily and highly recommend it.

I am a Hilton Honors customer and stay exclusively at Hampton Inns. This location was typical of what I expect which is a cut above the budget hotels. However, I did find the rate a bit stiff based on what I am accustomed to. It was a holiday weekend but I didn't get a break on the third night which...

Great hotel and staff! Very friendly and helpful with area information. The shuttle was excellent to the downtown area. Our driver provided us with direction on how to use the walking tour to see many of the great craft beer brewery's that are in the area. I have recommended this hotel to several friends

Our daughter has been a student at two schools in the area, and we are from out of state, so we have stayed at several mid-grade hotels in the area. We do not use high-end hotels, but seek the value locations. This time we splurged for the Hampton. Besides the pool deck outside the pool being down for renovations and...

The room accommodations were above average. The complimentary breakfast was the standard fare served at most hotels. Hotel is centrally located with easy access to most tourist destinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room, amenities and cookies were nice. Free shuttle service to Asheville, great for visitors at microbreweries. Staff was courteous, helpful and accommodating, and I have a special thank-you to Victoria and Patrick. We had a thoroughly enjoyable and stress-free visit. We will return.

I stay at the Hapton Tunnel road about every eight weeks, always clean, and a central location a couple of miles from downtown and a mile from the mall. There is a Carabas within walking distance and many more within a couple of miles
