The room was clean, and the service is excellent. The hot breakfast was a nice touch. Check in went very smoothly. This hotel is conveniently located near the Mission Hospital's Hope Women's Oncology center.

Initially we were disappointed to find that we were not closer to downtown Asheville (this hotel is near the outlet mall) but the staff more than made up for that. When I went down to the front desk to request a different room from the one we were given next to the elevator, Steve at the front desk remembered that I had mentioned we were celebrating a 48th anniversary and gave us a beautiful room in a great location. Once we were in our room, he called to make sure everything was satisfactory, all of which was definitely above and beyond the call of duty. The room was spacious, very well appointed and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping was courteous and efficient. The lobby was very attractive and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast. There is construction on the highway in front of the hotel but it did not interfere with our coming and going during New Year's week. Lynn at the front desk was also very helpful when we thought a family emergency might force an early checkout which thankfully did not have to happen. In fact I would say everyone at the front desk offered exceptional service. We would definitely stay in this hotel again and in retrospect were glad we didn't have the hassle of negotiating all the traffic downtown on a daily basis. It was convenient to Biltmore where we enjoyed a candlelight tour on New Year's Eve. Thank you, Steve, for making our visit such a memorable one!

Hotel were super friendly and helpful, clean, just remodeled and up-to-date, loved the alternative down comforters, bathrooms had spacious counter tops, loved the selfie type back lit mirror for makeup application, breakfast buffet delivers with hot food, cereal type food, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, breakfast casserole, etc. There was something for everyone. Get there early because it is real popular! Self serve cookies and coffee in the lobby, security walking around at night, well lit parking lot, free parking, jacuzzi off lobby, pool towels, small but nice pool and covered area to sit outside with nice view in the distance, quiet rooms and I was off the lobby. It was great experience. I will stay with them again when in Asheville, N.C. The hotel is right off the exit, across from the outlet mall and plenty of places to eat nearby or close to hop on the highway or backroads and go downtown in 10 min. Book on a weekday for a better rate.

We did a whirlwind visit of our favorite spots including shopping both downtown and at the outlets across the street, good restaurants, hiking on Craggy Gardens, and finally the Arboretum. All except Craggy are pretty close to this hotel, thus we could see a lot in just one overnight stay!
Check-in was quick and friendly, and they helped me out by providing a battery I needed. Thanks!
Breakfast was great - pretty much back to normal with eggs, breads, cereal and even bottled water in the fridge. I had coffee and tea at different times, and both were very good.
The room was just right for our family of 3, with 2 queen beds plus fridge, coffee, and microwave. The fridge was in a niche near the bathroom, which is much better than having it opposite the bed, a common practice. They Always make noise.
AC worked well and the room was nice and clean. If I could improve two things, it would be a better fit on the bathroom door (it sticks) and YouTube as a choice on the TV.

We opted to stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express location after an extended work trip a few months back bumped us into having a rewards night amount of points.
This was one of the few Asheville area hotels that didn’t have an awards point total through the roof so we’re grateful for that.
The stay was nice- cool furniture in the room like a coffee table with an adjustable dine-in table for eating on the couch; lots of USB & outlet plugs for charging devices; built in luggage rack.
The few complaints we had were as follows: the usual Holiday Inn Express pancake machine was not present. Not sure if this was a COVID casualty or what but no pancake conveyor for us. My wife also was disappointed in the lack of oatmeal and/or fruit choices (present just limited). Additionally, there are a few neglected maintenance issues I observed such as the drop ceiling in the bathroom needing work and the men’s lobby bathroom being out of order. Not huge issues but noticeable nonetheless.
Very pleasant stay and would definitely consider going back if in the area

We had a late check out which was confirmed for 12:00. I am a single father of four traveling with my children and my parents. The plan was to have my parents hang out at the pool with the kids while I loaded up the car and when they were done swimming, would be able to go up shower and change before we leave. I started loading the car at 9:30. When I got back up to my room at 10 the housekeeping crew was already inside my room and had thrown out my things that were still there. Regular checkout isn’t even until 11 so it was infuriating that they jumped in so quick to kick us out and throw my stuff away. The front desk offered to give me a new toothbrush? No thank you I don’t want your 50 cent toothbrush, It was not the only thing missing. I really don’t know what else is missing but my advice is to stay away from this place.

Dear Flyer10610844887, First I want to apologize for this entire situation. This is in no way our standard and I assure you that it has been addressed with all staff involved. Second, I would appreciate the opportunity to address this with you directly if you would be willing to reach out to me here at the property. I hope that if you do ever find yourself back in the area that you give us the opportunity to show you that this is not how we operate. Regards,

When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly staff! They pointed us in the direction of everything around the hotel like where the breakfast would be held, hot tub, etc. We booked a suite and it was super nice. We walked in to find a mini fridge on the left, along with a microwave and Keurig which included some coffee pods, disposable cups with lids, and sweetener packets. Now to the right of the room sat the couch that had a coffee table in front of it. The top of it pulled up to make a table so you could sit there to eat in front of the tv. Next we have a king bed that was extremely comfortable with a tv in front of it also. Typical bedside tables with all your plug needs plus the wall lights. We were surprised to see that we actually had a balcony as well which was unexpected but nice. Attached a photo of the view we had which wasn’t bad, just the mountains in the distance.
We were right across the road from the outlet mall (obviously) which was nice but the food court was a total let down. We were also in walking distance to a grocery store and few miles from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Arboretum. Only like 20 minutes for downtown as well. Oh and also the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Do not expect pancake/waffle maker, I was kinda disappointed with that. But they had endless apple or orange juice, a nice selection of grab and go items like blueberry muffins, bagels, etc. I also asked the woman working if there was any other cereal options (only had rice krispies out) and she opened up a new box so I got some fruit loops.
All in all, I would definitely book this hotel again if we were ever in the area again. It was very affordable, convenient location, friendly staff and clean.

This is your typical Holiday Inn Express that gives the standard holiday inn express product... nothing fancy, nothing terrible. Room was good, and the bathroom had been redone so there was v good lighting and ample space. Breakfast was standard fare, the only really protein was what tasted/looked like pre-cooked bacon that you get at Costco or Sam's. There were good selections of cereals, yogurt, fruit, etc. There's a pool, is small and next to parking lot so everyone looks at you. But is good way too cool off especially in the hot weather. Good location near highway and outlets.

I stayed here with my family in early July.
Very clean hotel, looks recently renovated. Rooms were comfortable. We had 6 adults in 2 rooms and didn’t feel crowded.
I was concerned when I booked because I was afraid I’d be further away then I wanted to be from the popular sights of Asheville, but honestly I never spent more than 10 minutes getting to where I wanted to be. The hotel is right off the interstate, and there is an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway just a couple of miles away.
The hotel is in a nice area, mostly surrounded by other hotels. There’s an outlet mall very close, and an Ingles supermarket.
Ingles had a nice selection of fresh food in their deli. We opted to bring dinner back from there one night.
Free breakfast at the hotel was a real value too.
Staff was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will gladly return!
The picture I’ve attached is a view from the pool.
