My spouse and I, with our dog stayed at the Hotel Indigo for the July 4th holiday weekend (7/3-7/6). A couple reasons we chose this hotel were the location and their dog-friendly policy (note there is a $50 pet fee per stay). Most of the other Asheville dog-friendly hotels were not within walking distance of downtown. You really can’t beat...

I am equal parts delighted that you chose to visit us with your dog, and distraught that you had such a disappointing visit with us. While it is wonderful to hear that you appreciated our environmentally-friendly practices, I must apologize that you did not receive service in your room as expected. I would like to invite you to contact me...

Spacious modern rooms just a short stroll from all of downtown Asheville makes this a great choice. The staff were all very friendly and the check in process could not have been easier or quicker. I had a corner king room - highly recommended since it provided views in two directions. The bathroom was large with a massive shower (always...

We stayed one night at Hotel Indigo (7/5/14) for our 22nd anniversary. Matt, who checked us in, upgraded us to a beautiful, large corner room on the 7th floor (715) where we watched fireworks from the Grove Park Inn out of one of our many windows. In addition, we were given a complimentary drink at the bar, as well as...

Hotel Indigo is on the edge of downtown Asheville, just a few short blocks from all of the wonderful breweries and restaurants in the downtown area. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. We purchased a standard king room through orbitz; the room was on the small side, with a view of the parking lot, but we did not...

Traveled with my adult daughter to Asheville for a quick overnight trip. She found this wonderful downtown hotel for us and we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly upon arrival and checked us in quickly. We loved the modern reception area with lots of glass and seating. A trip up to our room sealed the deal. Wonderful hardwood/laminate flooring,...

This hotel is in a great location, the staff is impressive, lovely decor and impressive views. Underground parking is included in the price of the room. Very convenient. Aveda bath products and hair dryer in bathroom. The ice/vending areas have a very nice filtered water machine that we used to fill the lovely water carafe in the room, and all...

Our stay at the Indigo was wonderful. Candice checked us in and was very helpful as we navigated our room choices. The restaurant is fantastic (get the burger and the chicken and waffles), and the location is perfect for strolling downtown. Great stay. We'll be back.

Had a pretty decent stay at the Indigo as usually but there was something different this time that has caused me to boycott this hotel. THIS HOTEL IS ANTI GUN! Upon entering the hotel you are greeted by large "no firearms" stickers on the doors. Any establishment that is anti gun will never receive a dime from me. If you...

Our stay at the Indigo was so amazing that we plan on staying in Hotel Indigos in other cities. The room was very indicative of the city it was located, featuring local art and views of the downtown area. The parking was concise and available. The showers were large, beautiful, and simply amazing. We were able to walk to most...

I've stayed in this hotel many times this year and decided to consolidate all my experiences into this review. The hotel staff is excellent. They always remember me, which is really impressive to me. The food is delicious. I've eaten just about everything, and it has all been good. The chicken flatbread is probably my favorite dinner item. The hotel...
