Excellent hotel, and I know good hotels. Bar friendly, good drinks; breakfast buffet very good with custom options nicely done and well served. Dinner well presented and served. Rooms very nice, clean and pleasant layout. Front desk welcoming, pleasant and efficient Can't find a single area where I was disappointed.

I stayed at Renaissance hotel for 2 weeks during my business trip to Asheville. I felt so sorry when I realize I miss out the tips on my check out day but I had gone too far from the hotel. When I check my credit card statement, I realized I was charged for USD4 for a bottle of Evian water....

My sister, daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend. We arrived on a Thursday. We had researched and changed hotels a couple of times before booking this as we wanted a hotel in walking distance to downtown/restaurants. This was really a perfect location. We were able to walk to the restaurants we were interested in as well as...

I stayed here in March with my wife for a weekend getaway. Pros: nice common areas, ten min walk to center city, free parking. Cons: parking was generally full (plan to walk a bit), very small lounge bar which was understaffed, rooms were tiny (just enough room to make a pathway around king room bed), you could hear street noise,...

Good hospitality and service. This is a pet friendly hotel as many are in Asheville. Our dog was a rockstar here! Daily room cleaning was acceptable but not stellar. Great free coffee in the mornings. It's an easy walk to all of downtown. We would stay here again.

Love the city of Asheville and I try and visit multiple times per year. I've stayed in several other hotels in city, but this is the one you want. My first time staying in the Renaissance, I knew that is where I want to book any time I go back. Immaculate rooms, outstanding service, excellent location.

Love, love, love this hotel. The ambience is so relaxing. It is beautifully decorated and very inviting. I could spend a lot of time here. However my stays here are always short. The person delivering the news papers should lay them in front of ever customers door instead of tossing them about. Other than that, no complaints.

First of all, we won a weekend there through a radio station, so I shouldn't be complaining, but I want to do a realistic review for people who end up having to pay for this room. This hotel has expensive rooms, and for what they charge this hotel is very poor. We thought we would get a luxury room based...

Staying at the Renaissance Hotel in Asheville was a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. There was more than enough parking and the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to many of Asheville's restaurants, bars, community theaters and breweries. I will definitely be staying at the Renaissance next time I'm in town

We decided to spend Christmas weekend in Asheville at the Renaissance. The hotel has been recently renovated and has a very modern feel. Our room had good views and modern decor. Although, for an upgraded room it was quite small and the heat/ac unit was noisy. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our...
