We stayed in the Biltmore room over a long weekend. The atmosphere was pleasant, the bed comfortable and the food was good. A handful of chocolate chip cookies everyday was a nice way to keep a full tummy. Dave, Nat and Crystal were very hospitable.

My husband and I stayed at Hill House for our honeymoon, and it couldn't have been better! The house is beautiful, and is convenient to downtown. I am big on cleanliness, and was very happy with our room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, and we especially loved the fresh juices and the scones. :) Thank you to the staff for...

My husband surprised me by taking me to Asheville, NC for a few days for our first wedding anniversary. I had no idea he had booked our stay at a B&B and was so glad our first stay in one was at Hill House. We stayed in the "Flat Iron" room which has a living room in addition to a...

We had a fantastic visit at Hill House B&B. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were lovely and the gourmet breakfasts were quite the highlight (thanks Crystal!!). It was close to downtown and near the famous Plant Vegan restaurant which was incredible! The chef is a genius! We'll definitely visit Hill House again!

Thank you David, Crystal and Nat for such a warm welcome and your commitment to making our quick one night stay a memorable one. The room was very nice and enjoyed the front porch and the beautiful view. We were very happy breakfast was at 9:00 am, it gave us a chance to sleep a little longer than we normally...

We had a wonderful stay at Hill House. The front entry room and the porch were comfy and inviting. Very nice to have some tea and cookies available for a light snack in the front room as was the small kitchen with mini refrigerator with beverages. Our room was snug but comfy. Breakfast was later than we would normally like...

We were at the Hill House Inn for the final 2 nights of our honeymoon. Our review may be slightly biased as we stayed at HIll House after spending a night being totally spoiled at another B&B in Asheville, but it was still a great stay! Upon check-in the innkeeper greeted us (by name! - he's good), but was busy...

No one on Trip Advisor has ever described me as "rude" or "tense." I only purchased Hill House in February 2012, and any reviews using those words must have been referring to previous owners. The Hill House assistant innkeeper this guest commented on is new on the job, and had only about two weeks of employment under his belt when...

Hill House is a beautiful B&B just a mile from downtown. At check-in there were nuts, cookies, and an assortment of beverages and wine available in the common room. The room was nicely appointed and very very comfortable. A few downsides as early risers is that breakfast is really late - not served till 9am. Fortunately because the bed was...

This guest was spot on about that breakfast. Hill House has a new assistant innkeeper. He generally works afternoons and this was only about his fourth morning where he was responsible for getting breakfast out. In lieu of the pineapple wedge, there should have been a fruit cup with a dressing. I had heard something in passing about the pineapple...

This was our first B&B stay and our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly, helpful, laid back, and gave us our space. Loved the Biltmore Suite, shady hammock, and homey feel! Got a nice Hill House mug souvenir! Great breakfast in bed an on the front porch! They seemed very willing to serve all types of diets!

It's a lovely house with a friendly atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious and the front porch was a wonderful place to relax for a while. There's even a hammock in the yard which is a nice place to lounge and read a good book.
