The inn is large, well built and well appointed. It is showing slight age but the charm and ambiance overflow. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. The restaurants are very good. Housekeeping does not vacuum the flooring each day. Options to save sheets and towels presented. Very quiet in room a/c heat units. Comfortable and clean.

WOW. This hotel is quite something. Set on 8,000 acres that includes the fabulous Biltmore House and Antler Hill Village, it takes almost 15 minutes to get to the Inn from the entrance guard gate. George Vanderbilt built The Biltmore House in 1902. At that time there were 125,000 acres, but when he died tragically, his wife sold off most...

Had a great time there at the Inn even though it was one night for our 30th anniversary. Clean, fun and enjoyable spot to getaway. Friendly and hope to be able someday to go there at Christmas time. Gotta save a bunch for that! Ready to go again.

We enjoyed the Inn on Biltmore Estate in August. Our family of four (kids ages 6 and 5) joined others for a family reunion. Everyone from age 1 to 77 had a marvelous time! It was lovely, easy to plan activities and above all a gorgeous and elegant setting. Hydrangeas surround the patio, orchids fill the lobby, and one senses...

Well I have had Biltmore on my mind lately because this November I will be returning for the 7th or 8th time! This time I am going to bring my sister in-laws, two have never been and one has been twice with me. I realized I have never written a review and I kind of feel bad about it, being...

A beautiful place to stay with plenty to do, outdoors or indoors! Surrounding areas feature hiking, rafting, fishing. We filled five days ad four nights easily with activities. Sorry we didn't schedule some time to sit and watch the sun set.

Seeing Biltmore Estate has always been on my bucket list. Check and done. We booked a room at the Inn on Biltmore Estate and found it to be very luxurious and comfy all at the same time. The room was large and very well appointed. The bed was beyond comfortable. The bathroom was quite large and even had a bathroom...

Well run, nicely decorated hotel convenient to the Estate as well as Asheville sights. Rooms are functional and attractive, but perhaps rather too 1980's in style. Service was very friendly and efficient.

Once again come back from an excellent overnight at the Biltmore Village Inn. Arrived early enough to have drinks on the terrace overlooking to mountains. What a view! From the reception desk to the housekeeping staff the service was superb. Now comes the task of ordering the same sheets for our bed at home. I figured they might notice the...

The most impressive aspect of our recent visit was the high level of service we experienced throughout our stay. The staff are uniformly well trained in their job functions and in guest relations. The Inn itself is beautifully appointed, the two restaurants have superb choices (the breakfast buffet is excellent/try the cheese grits!) rooms are comfortable and shuttle bus service...
