We booked our room wrong didn't see I had marked the wrong month. The manager called me personally and rebooked us for may giving us credit for the no show. What a great team of people to work with. Im glad to be staying at this hotel again in the near future.

The room are nice and newly remodeled. The room with the jetted tub, could not be heard in the hallway. Easy access to the Biltmore and Ashville. Front Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was average. Would stay again.

I felt the website was misleading - it makes it sound like it's right in a nice downtown area of Asheville with restaurants etc. It is not. It is actually right on a major highway - rte 70 "tunnel road". I uploaded some pictures. You can walk to restaurants, but, they are a mile away, not too far, but, the...

We typically stay at hotels a grade or two up from this, but needed a cheaper option for a couple of days on short notice. Good value for the money. Don't expect this to compare to a Residence Inn for twice as much, but it worked fine for a couple of days. Room was clean and adequate. It was a...

I stay at Best Westerns all the time but this one was not up to the standard I usually get. Several things in room were not working - hair dryer was most upsetting. Called front desk to ask for another one. It never came. Went to complain and was treated very rudely. Everything did get repaired finally. Beds were great....

Great room for a reasonable price! Nice updated rooms that are large and comfortable. Fan runs continuously which is great for sleeping. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is large. All the Best Westerns we stayed in this week had the sink outside of the bathroom which is great in the morning.

Wasn't hard to find and we really had no problems finding our way around the city from this spot.(i.e. Biltmore estate,Riverside cemetery,French Broad River Park, historic downtown,Mo's Original BBQ which was excellent)) The breakfast menu was pretty good compared to some BW we've stayed at. Rooms were pretty much quiet. Some renovations going on but on the whole we had a...

Very satisfied with the experience at the Best Western Biltmore East in Asheville, NC They were under construction as they are remodling all of their room. Our room had been remodled and is very nice. The food was not a 4 star dining experience, but a whole lot better than a fast food restaurant. They had a wide variety of...
