Last minute booking for our first trip to Asheville. Hotel location great, with free parking. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Asheville.
Stayed here for one night, as hotel is very close to the Interstate. But boy, hotel has some internal flooding a while ago and it can be smelled. Parking is free and wi-fi is fast and reliable though, room was also clean, but bed quality...More
Good location, and parking. Rooms were spacious and clean. All staff were very nice and friendly. Free bottled water was always available, as well as cucumber water in the lobby. The lobby was comfortable too, especially in front of the fire place. Will return.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was fair. Appropriate for the price. Bed skirt was filthy. Chair was beat up. Bed was comfortable. Towels were ok. In walking distance to all downtown. Adding an extra night to our original reservation was complicated.

For all of the reviews that have suggested we are in need of an update, we certainly hear you and agree. Unfortunately, we have to wait for the brand to tell us when the update will happen. With the acquisition of Starwood by Marriott, we are anticipating new standards. We do hear you loud and clear and want to move forward with this but our hands are tied until we receive the correct information. Thank you for your patience. I do hope this clarifies our responses.
