The staff, the rooms, the ambiance make this a step back in time experience for anyone who visits. The spa is the best spa in the U.S. So relaxing and the Fire Water Rock treatment is a MUST! The food in the restaurants, the friendliness of the staff and the gorgeous views make this a must visit hotel.

if you are wanting an expensive dry and tasteless sandwich this is the place. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 cups of tea. Our order was for breakfast tea we got Earl Gray, the sandwiches were dry I would rate the bread at week old, tasteless and a few greens on the side, our bill excluding tip was $43.00;...

The food and drinks were delightful. The sunset terrace was such a fun place to enjoy friends and watch a beautiful sunset. It was a very special time. The Inn is lovely. Valet parking is a must and very efficient. The staff was extremely nice and accomodating . A fun place to visit with friends. Or a special place for...

The Grove Park is an absolutely beautiful resort with the most accommodating staff. My husband and I brought our 2.5 year old daughter with us. Everyone was practically falling all over themselves to help us entertain and engage with her. The waiters, front desk staff concierge, elevator operators and cleaning staff were all extremely friendly and went out of their...

This is a wonderful romantic get-away. I went on a business conference, but it ended up being a wonderful experience. The service is wonderful, they are so helpful, and the food is to die for. I stayed in the historic side of the hotel, and its like walking around in a historic museum.

We made a visit to the Omni Grove Park Inn last week and were astounded right from arrival. As we pulled up in front of the hotel, we were met by a young man in a red coat and top hat, who provided direction to us as well as the valet and bell hop. Walking into the lobby, you are...

I have stayed at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC several times and have been very happy each time. Staff are professional and courteous. Several restaurants with beautiful views. Breakfast buffet is as good as it gets. Of course the huge stone fireplaces are the perfect place to sit in a rocker and let your tension slip away. Have...

Lovely location very near Downtown Asheville and Biltmore Estate. Sprawling complex with very large grounds and multiple buildings. Confusing layouts and floor numbers. Your check in is in a massive lobby that is actually floor ten! The hotel is embedded into a mountain side that falls downhiller as it goes. Views and lobby level facilities are akin to Mountain West...

I was here for a work meeting, and found the place charming. I would say this is a combination of the Banff Springs Hotel (high end, marble, great amenities) and the Glacier Park Lodge (rustic, grand old post and beam hotel). Staff was great and the property had a great main lobby with 2 fireplaces. I think the resort fee...
