I just surprised my husband with a weekend in cottage 2 and it was wonderful. He commented when we left that the 2 nights there was more relaxing physically and mentally than a week at beach. As others stated the shower is small but ok (we are both 5.10). The gas fireplace was the heat source which was awesome and...

My family recently stayed at the Pines Cottages and what I thought would be magical was not even close. The pictures make the place look like it remote and secluded however it is in between a major highway and and very busy main road. No charm at all. Bright street lamps shining into the windows of the cabin- and we...

We stayed in cottage one and we are so glad we did. The cottage (which I was told was built in 1929) was charming, very clean, cozy with a stylish flair! The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped up build a fire due to our lack of experience with fire building. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud...

The cabin was adorable. Very clean and well kept. Nice grounds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They took the time to show me some great hiking areas. They treated myself and my baby (my dog) like we were family. I felt very welcome here and will definitely come here again.

My husband and I traveled to the Pines for our one year wedding anniversary. It is only minutes from downtown Asheville, And the best part for us out of towers is that you can take the road the inn is on straight into town. Making the commute very easy when you don't have to worry about turns or exits. The...

Sweet set-up of about 20 Cottages nestled off the Highway and surrounded by trees. This place was close to downtown Asheville but far enough away to not be right in the city, which we didn't want. With Asheville in one direction the 'Blue Ridge Parkway' entrance was even closer in the other direction. The cabin we stayed in was very...

Unique, private, quiet, perfect for a slower paced get away. Has a certain charm that you won't find in your fancy big hotel's. We stayed in cabin #2, plenty of room for 2. Be aware the bathroom is smaller,I'm 6'3" 210 so a Lil challenging but not impossible. Kitchen, comfortable bed, secluded.

We could not have picked a more perfect location to accommodate our wedding party. The Pines Cottages were (are) charming and secluded enough to give our group the privacy we wanted, and the comfort we needed. Having rented nearly every available bunk, our group had the run of the hillside, and were able to fully enjoy the picnic/campfire area to...

We stayed in the incredibly quaint Cabin 6, and had an unbelievably wonderful time. The cabin was well-furnished and wonderfully decorated. The office staff were helpful and friendly, and the cabin was extremely clean. The cabins are older and under some renovation, but for us, that only added to the charm. You absolutely can't find a better place for a...

We were 7 people - each couple had their own cabin. Place was quiet, clean and very affordable. We had a great time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Just stay away from that horrible German restaurant next door. It's terrible.
