The location cannot be beat and the staff go out of their way to make you happy. We have stayed in a suite for the past 4 years and enjoy the additional space . Beds very comfortable and the morning coffee can't be beat. Breakfast is a good value.

The hotel was very nice, we had a deluxe room wich was gorgeous on the 9th floor. Very clean and the staff was there to help you any time. Its location is good enough as we had to walk 10-15 minutes to the center, however it had many food options nearby. The rate was also very good for its category... More

We needed a pet-friendly hotel in Boston and contacted both The Elliot and The Boston Park Plaza. Both were within the same price range; our past stays at the Park Plaza were in rooms in need of updating. I understand they have recently gone through renovations, but we didn't want to take a chance. We stayed in room 508, which... More

I wish to thank this guest for taking the time to review her stay and for exploring the opportunity to try the Eliot Hotel. It is gratifying to know how surprised she was about our large and comfortable accommodations, and our "over the top and very accommodating" staff! Our stay at the "European" atmosphered Eliot Hotel was pleasant and enhanced by the extremely courteous and accommodating staff. The location was within a few blocks of Newberry and other sights..you can Uber to the North End and Harvard. With this level of service you can expect an appropriate level of expenditure....

Great location in a very walkable area. Some may ding the hotel for the slightly dated rooms, decor-wise. Or the smallish bathrooms. Or the various elements that point to it being an older hotel like the fact that the door of my room kind of sticks or that the floor in places creaks. Whatever. It's got some great character and... I wish to thank this guest for taking the time to write a review. In 9 years, the Eliot will celebrate its centennial! It is true, that being almost 100 years old, the hotel does have some wonderful quirks which certainly add to its "lovely charm and character!" I am delighted this guest "adored" his suite and would "happily stay... More

Stayed here before our road trip around New England. Service was great, location was perfect. Room was a bit unfortunate not to have a view outwards which made it a little gloomy although the beds were comfy and the room was very well appointed.

I wish to thank this guest for taking the time to review his stay and for his kind praise about our "perfect" location, "great" service and "comfy and well appointed" rooms. Every year we make a trip to Beantown, and ever since 2014 we have stayed at the Eliot Hotel. This quaint, boutique hotel is full of charm and luxury without breaking the bank. Staying in Fenway / Kenmore

Neighbourhood Profile
Fenway / Kenmore
The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign is another Boston skyline classic seen throughout the city. In addition to a hectic and diehard sports mentality, this neighborhood is also home to some of Boston’s many universities. Move from Boston University territory to that of Northeastern, and spend time at the famous Museum of Fine Arts. For more culture, check out the smaller but equally beautiful Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Continue off the beaten path and check out the green space in the Back Bay Fens, a pretty community garden. This diverse neighborhood has a mix of universities, sports, culture, and more residential green space.
