Great Hilton hotel! Great staff, very kind and helpful.
Very comfortable room. Restaurant menu could be more diverse but it’s pretty good in general.
Awesome restaurant and bar staff
Convenient location in back bay.
Go to the top of Prudential Tower it’s amazing from there
I can't say enough great things about this hotel! From stepping onto the property (great location!) with the bellhops, the front desk, the lovely maids, the breakfast crew, and the appetizer afternoon crew. Everyone was respectful and awesome, who treated me and my son so...More

Thank you for taking the time to review your most recent stay at the Hilton Boston Back Bay. Our staff will be pleased to know that you enjoyed the service they provided. We greatly appreciate such high praise as well as your choice...More
All in all, a very nice hotel. We booked and prepaid for a superior deluxe corner room top floor. We went to check in a little before their 4:00 (ridiculous) check in time and were told that our room was guaranteed ready for check in...More
This property is generally straightforward and fine. The wifi system, however, is an embarrassment in a city renowned for high tech. If you have business to do online, go somewhere else. Computers in the lobby "business center" also second rate.
Customer service was very good and the location is good to Fenway and Copley. Room was small and view was not good for the price. We stayed in peak summer travel season so the price was high for the level of accommodations.

Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice
weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.

If the room you reserved is not available. They store your luggage and ask you to come back after a stroll in the mall, etc., or have a drink on the premises. This only happens if you ask for a specific room on a specific floor! They are very good about it. If you alert them about your early check in, they will have your room ready for you unless the person staying in the room has asked for a late check-out. I have been using this hotel since 2000...no problems..We always enjoyed our stay in this hotel and feel at home..
