With the exception of room labeled as handicapped was certainly NOT. Staff was great food was good and location was terrific. Many good restaurants are nearby. The breakfast buffet was very good if you are a Hilton Honors the club room was a relaxing place to sit and unwind.

If your in Boston and want to be near the happenings in downtown Boston then stay here. You won't regret your stay! The hotel is clean, centrally located (within walking distance of many places) and the staff are so friendly and profession. I'm a frequent business traveler, ~2-3 days per week in a hotel. Pros: location, location, location, cleanliness, beautifully...

Nice, comfortable hotel. Parking very expensive. Location is excellent. Close to Fenway park and various restaurants/bars. Top of the World is right across the street and excellent place for good drinks & views of the city. Safe neighborhood as well.

My husband's company chose this hotel for a conference. I stayed for an evening and it was truly a great place! It had convenient parking and was in a perfect location - within walking distance to nice restaurants and beautiful sites around Boston. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel itself was wonderful. I have to mention that I...

Was here for a conference. The room was nicely updated. But I had ups and downs. The plug in the bathroom was out of commission. No mirror near a plug that worked. Hard time accessing wifi. And I'm a HHonors member. Sent a tech to the room 👍🏻. I knew more about computers than he did 👎🏻. I used points...

Great location near Newbury and Boylston St with many restaurants nearby. Near convention center and Prudential Center mall. Front desk staff are exceptional in their friendliness. Executive Lounge privileges for those that qualify. Easy 15-20 minute ride to the airport. It was a bit pricey and geared towards business travelers/convention goers. Rooms were nice size and well-maintained. Quiet!

....at $400 a night this is far too much for what you get which is basic Hilton fare but in a building in dire need of modernisation. Nice enough room with plenty of space but somewhat old fashioned fixtures.

Visited the Boston area for the weekend and chose the Hilton due to its convenient location. Easy walk to Prudential center, shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. A bit pricey overall but a good representation of the Hilton brand.

Perfect location for anyone in the Professional Studies program at NEU as the center for CPS is a block away. Great rooms and the staff is super professional and helpful. All the fun stuff on Newbury street is 5 minutes away. Plenty of Iber and Lyft drivers around to get you anywhere you need to go. Airport was just a...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
