Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here recently and had a great time. The location is great and very central to fun city activities and public transit. The rooms weren't over the top, but they were functional and did everything we needed them to. And, for a very reasonable price, you can get an attached King room, which worked great for our trip as a young family with an infant. The best thing about this hotel is how wonderful the staff is. If IHG wanted to have brand ambassadors at each hotel, every member of this hotel staff, from the concierges, to the bellhops/valets, and the clean staff would qualify. They treated us, and more importantly, our baby girl like rockstars (the friendly kind, not the entitled ones). They're accommodating and warm, and really made it fun to come and go.

Great location to catch a Celtics game. Rooms were clean and hotel was clean. Parking was easy. Staff was excellent and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The next day after we stayed there, you were able to leave your car in the parking garage and walk around for the day.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Everyone was super friendly. Location is perfect in downtown Boston. Great place to gather after events from TD garden as their restaurant is open till 1AM. Close to North Station

Nice clean hotel in a central location. Literally steps from the garden and public transportation. 10 to 15 min walk to north end,fanuel hall or government center. I really enjoyed the industrial vibe decor in the room. The employees were all very pleasant. Would recommend.

Perfect stay for Celtics game. Right across from the TD Garden. It was loud after the game but they provided a white noise machine and we slept well. Great stay, very satisfied, highly recommend. Will stay here again. We did not try the restaurant but it looked good. Valet parking was easy. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly.

The hotel staff is incredible. Everyone was kind and attentive. The restaurant was delicious! We ate dinner and breakfast there. The bed was comfortable and the overall decor was warm and cozy. I love the close proximity to TD Garden. You can walk to so many places from here. There are some minor things that could be improved , such as the slow elevator and older carpet in the hallways but I would stay here again without hesitation.

Smells like heaven! Pull right up for valet at a typical rate and not have to stage your bags up the street. Everyone was so friendly, the valet guys were great. The food was absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere. The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable and there was no shortage of things to do after the game! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend you do to! Clean friendly and convenient! The coffee is amazing!

the hotel is very cozy i enjoyed my stay everything is in close proximity if you are going to TD gardens it’s right across the street a lot of sports bars are also right by the hotel very good energy and everyone was nice the food 10/10 so good
