As we walked up to the hotel, the curb appeal was not present, but as soon soon as we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised! The check in process was quick and easy. We walked into our room and realized they accidentally booked us a king room instead of 2 doubles. Upon alerting the staff, they gave me another room...

Do not stay there it's a rip off! The general manger is rude and unhelpful. Now I will argue the charge with my credit card company. Thanks for ruining my trip to Boston. The hotel is old and not taken care of properly. The elevator is old and seems dangerous, the lobby is a joke. And now I have paid...

I enjoyed a 2-night stay at this hotel, and had a large corner room (#203) with a king-sized bed. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The fan on the AC unit provided white noise for good sleeping - despite the hockey fans outside. Breakfast was fine - with freshly prepared pancakes as an option....

I have to say the staff were great, and were friendly and very helpful and interested in your stay an d helping. This hotel was within easy walking district of all the sights, including the Common, Chinatown and some great neighbourhoods inbetween - recommend North End, and Salem Street a couple of blocks away, plus any of the streets surrounding...

Yes its in an older building, on a narrow street, NOT an alley. Yes elevators are small but not noisy. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Always plenty of them handy to answer questions and give directions, even walked us to the old town trolley stop. Breakfast is typically good ihg with eggs, sausage, and the wonderful warm cinnamon...

Even with a convenient location for getting around, this hotel isn't worth the cost. The rooms are small and basic. The breakfast area is really an after thought- taking up a small part of the lobby and containing just enough to call it a breakfast. The location is convenient, very near the subway and good for getting to nearby attractions-...

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon, and we were extremely pleased with the location and service. The staff really went above and beyond...even had champagne and a lovely card waiting for us when we got in the first night! The location of the hotel is great. We walked nearly everywhere or hopped on the subway...

Don't be dissuaded by the small urban street where this hotel is located. You're only a few steps from the Garden and the surrounding sports bars. You are also within walking distance to a T Station and everything else in downtown Boston, including the Common. The hotel itself is modest. It is ensconced in an older building that does show...

The first thing I noticed was how caring the staff were. Very helpful with valet parking for a reasonable fee. Desk clerks attentive and friendly. Housekeeping staff friendly and efficient. Room was not large but was great for the location, across from the TD Center. The price was very reasonable considering we were staying only one night and didn't want...

We stayed here 2 nights over Labor Day. We were staying all on points and stayed at a Marriott Residence Inn the first night so we were a little spoiled coming into the hotel. Our first thought was to go back. The entrance is not welcoming, it is located on a run down street with hole in the bars around...
