We found the hotel clean and inviting, but the best attribute was the staff. The front desk personnel were very helpful with answering questions, printing directions, etc. We were visiting during a heat wave, and when we came back to retrieve our car after already checking out, one of the front desk employees even offered us a popsicle to cool...

This hotel is in a great location. Across the street from the TD Garden and trains and a short walk to Faneuil Hall and North End. The hotel is a little older but fairly well maintained. The staff here is outstanding - welcoming and friendly. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and they did a better...

My family of 6 booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights in early August. I like the HI Express brand in general as a comfortable and affordable family accommodation with nice freebies like breakfast and wifi. There were a few things that really made this one stand out for me, however. First, the location can't be beat. This...

Not something special but very close to the center of the city, next to TD Garden and the trains, the rooms looks old, the staff were very helpful always. The breakfast was very "American", I suggested for someone who does not want to spend time in the hotel

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for one night in August. We read the previous reviews and they gave us mixed results and I wanted to take this opportunity to share my experience with this great and convenient hotel. Location: ideal. We were a 8 minute walk to Faneuil Market and a 3 minute walk to two different subway stops...

I'm happy to say that most of my Holiday Inn stays have always gone well and this stay is among them. Front desk was hospitable and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The area it was located in wasn't what I expected, but my husband and I know if we come to TD Garden for a game to book...

The room was quite small and the view out our window was not the best. However, the location was close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The breakfast was good but the front desk staff (Randy, LaKeeva & Shawn) were excellent! Very helpful and pleasant!
