The Langham Hotel in Boston is so much more than a destination. It is the ultimate experience in luxury. The staff is well trained and ready to provide whatever the visitor might desire. Bedtime treats were a nice touch, as was finding ice in the room and slippers beside the turned down bed.

Very tasteful and stylish as always. Bathroom a little tired and not sure about looking over the pool. But other than that I enjoyed my stay here. The food served for breakfast and dinner in the main cafe was delicious, and the service was great. Would definitely stay again. The limo service offered to the airport - was advised that...

This is a gorgeous hotel, great location in the financial district, easy walk to the Aquarium, Faneuil Hall, shopping. Make sure to try Bond Restaurant on site. Convenient parking garage adjacent to the hotel. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful, nice indoor pool and spa on site. Ask for an upper floor room, nice views and great light.

I travel frequently for business as well as pleasure and always can count on the staff at the Langham Boston to provide five star service with five star quality. Everyone is very accommodating and goes the extra step to make sure you are well taken care of. Many hotels that claim to be five star could come here to learn...

I stayed here for one night. Service throughout is excellent. Rooms are nicely equipped (a little street noise even on highest floor), bed and bathroom are great. Breakfast is very good but expensive. The gym is a little small. I would recommend and would stay here again

From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and professional and couldnt do enough for us. We were spoiled and it was the little things that meant so much. We especially loved the bar, with its beautiful chandeliers, excellent cocktails and food, as well as great staff. The location of this hotel is excellent too. Thanks for a great...

An overnight stay and not one we will repeat, the rooms could do with an update, we did not expect to find peeling paint and mould in the bathrooms of a hotel with such a reputation. The reception area/check in staff were very disinterested. Would not stay again

Dear BusybeeSussex, I want to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. It is a very important tool to help us to always be improving our service. While we do have some updates and refreshes to our rooms in the works, peeling paint and the condition of your bathroom are, of course, not acceptable at...

Our stay at the Langham was wonderful! Loved the looks of the room. It was large, very comfortable and clean as well. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was nice, but we were unable to use the pool for 3 days while we stayed here. We chose the hotel for the exact reason of having the pool to use and it was closed during our stay. We did not know this was going to happen prior to arrival.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
