This is the best hotel that I've ever stayed at. Everything was great! The customer service, the ambience, the amenities, food and location. We did not want to leave. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Boston.

The hotel is beautiful, the room clean and it is in a great location. I was not happy with the treatment by the first desk, but overall a grand place to stay. Room cleaning and turn down service were the best part of the service. Doorman was very pleasant and the staff in the tea room were very nice. We...

Beautiful hotel in a great location, great area to be able to explore and was close to many other eateries if you choose not to dine at the hotel. Room size was excellent and the staff and service was 2nd to none. Well Done! Would recommend this hotel to all and all the extra little touches of luxury make you...

This hotel is super nice. Like, I looked like a hobo where I usually look like royalty at the Best Western#pinkyout Although it is so fancy and beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I am sure the staff realized I was more pauper than prince when I thought the door man was stealing my bag when he tried...

We enjoyed our stay of four nights at The Langham in Boston last year. We were an adult family of five members and booked two rooms. Location was excellent, service was good and room was very generous in size. Have stayed in many Langham's throughout the world, a very good brand with excellent management. Would stay again.

this hotel is perfectly located, It represents well the city of Boston. I especially appreciated the breakfast "à la carte" (I took the pancakes, delicious). The bar is beautiful, as the pens. Don't forget to visit the room where old maps are on display (a pilot showed them to me).

Really nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The new cocktail bar was very fancy. The wifi was great and the pool was nice (especially when quiet, which was quite often). Great location too, less than 10 mins from the underground or to Long Wharf or Fanueil Hall (a very lively Covent Garden type area). Not far from the seaport and...

My daughter and I stayed at The Langham while visiting colleges in the area. The hotel was under renovation at the time, so tea wasn't being served, much to my disappointment. However, the hotel was still clean and well appointed and the staff was simply excellent. The location was very good too. I can't wait to come back and have...

We have been coming to The Chocolate Bar at Café Fleuri as a special treat for years since we live about 90 minutes away; this time, we took advantage of a special deal that included a hotel stay, parking, and Chocolate Bar visit in one package. The price was very reasonable for what we got, and the hotel itself is...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
