My daughter and I stayed two nights in September and found the Bostonian to have the perfect location in Boston. We were close to the North Station for our trip out of the city. We were a quick walk to Little Italy and Faneuil Hall was just across the street. Despite being close to all the activities, the hotel was quiet, so it was great for a quick nap in between tourist stops.

Thank you Nick for extending our late check out and letting our car being Parked for the same reason in front of the hotel. Bless you Nick for your kindness. We really appreciated you very much. Our stay was fantastic. Nice room with a balcony and a fire place. The lobby was very inviting. Internet was working very well. It is a very clean hotel at a perfect location! Extra water is free in the lobby to collect.

Hello. My family and I recently stayed two nights at the Bostonian in Boston. The location was great and the staff friendly, but the room/hotel has not been cleaned up kept up well at all. I'm shocked that this was considered a 4 star hotel, and based on the cleanliness/maintenence of the property would not stay here again. We were in room 414. The bathroom soap dish, tissue holder, and vanity canister were covered in crud and the counter top was very obviously cleaned well. There were many dings and scratches on the walls and furniture, the carpet outside our room had several pink stains, and my husband found hairs on two of the towels that were folded and put in the room for our use. I have pictures to show all of this. Though we'd already unpacked when we started to see some of these things, I was heading down to ask for a new room when I overheard the front desk person dealing with another guest whose room had to be changed due to the air not working. My husband didn't want to chance getting that room, so we stayed. Additionally, the on-site restaurant was closed. As you can imagine, we had MANY choices in hotels when planning our stay in Boston, but we gave the Bostonian a chance and feel like we did not get a good value at all nor did we stay in a hotel worthy to be classified as 4 stars.

Great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the little balcony we had was a great addition. Service was friendly and efficient. We are already looking forward to staying here again.

Location, Location, Location! We loved the location of our choice of hotels in Boston. The Bostonian was within easy walking distance to the North end which included Little Italy, The Freedom Trail, the seaport and the market. The room was awesome. The bed was great for an amazing nights sleep- a Serta Perfect Sleeper The only negative I would share is that the lobby was dark and not very inviting. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Boston
