A gem. Very accomodating (e.g. Got me gluten free products for their continental breakfast offerings). Centrally located. Only place I like to stay when I go to Boston. I've stayed there at least 5 times. Fireplace is a nice addition. Executive suite was perfect for our small college graduation party.

I recently spent four nights at the Inn at St. Botolph, located in Boston Back Bay area near the East End. This place is a bit unique in its style of management in that the office is not open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Breakfast, which comes with the room rate, consists of fruits, cereals, espresso, bagels and other...

Lovely, old but completely renovated building in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved the spacious, tasteful an fully functional room, as well as the whole concept of the place. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was perfect for a family of 3,breakfast was adequate but there's a 7-eleven across the street where you could buy all you might need and...

Hi Karen! Thank you for your 5-star review! We appreciate you noticing our great location and amenities. If you're looking for an alternative to the larger hotels in the area, this is a nice spot. Located on a quieter side street just one block off Huntington Ave and the Prudential Center, it's well located for walking to everything from the MFA (about 15 min) to Newbury St to Copley to the Theater District. We live outside of...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
