Our stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Seaport Boston was amazing. Ms. Memsura at the restaurant went above and beyond. She knew our names by heart and made our experience unforgettable. I wish every hotel I have stayed at had someone like her.

We reserved a King water view room for a weekend. It was hot and muggy the whole weekend and we enjoyed walking through out the area of Seaport. Our room was extremely small! Clean and obviously brand new, but very small. For our two nights it was okay, but for a longer stay I would chose elsewhere! The beer on tap is quite expensive, about $10 per cup but the blueberry ipa was outstanding! Given the choice again I would probably not pay extra for a sea view room, the view was not that amazing. Upgraded bath items would be expected at this price range. Breakfast was standard eggs, potatoes and other common 'American' items. Almost zero options for a plant based diet. Really only oatmeal. Zero non-dairy milk options for coffee and tea. In 2021 that is disappointing! Also I should mention the fire systems in our room were awful...once you turn the lights out for the night you see a blinking red light every 20 seconds or so, not great if you are light sensitive.

Dear Greeneyedgirl373, I appreciate you taking the time to detail your experience. I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations with the size of your room or view. We do have so many rooms options so I hope on your next visit we can find you something better. In regards to breakfast, I do take your suggestions very seriously and I will meet with my team this week so we can see what we can add to our breakfast to ensure it has offerings for all diets. Thank you and I hope to welcome you back soon, Charlie York

Very clean and quiet hotel in the seaport area. Parking was a little insane since they don’t have parking lot on premise. Valet parking was a $55 a day so we parked two blocks down for $30 a day. If you aren’t planning to use your car I would suggest doing the same. This hotel is about a ten minute walk to the seaport restaurants and about a 30 minute walk to get to Boston Commons. There really isn’t anything around the hotel as far as convenience stores or shopping. Breakfast was decent with many choices. My kids loved making their own waffles. Pool area was clean but a tad humid. I wish they would have put the pool on the ground floor with a seated patio area like other Hilton’s have. The staff was courteous and very helpful with anything we needed.

Dear Victoriarael, I am so happy you and your family enjoyed the breakfast! Your comments on the parking are very much appreciated and I am happy you were able to find another option. I am sorry that you didn't find it a smooth experience with valet. We continue to look to improve the flow of traffic to allow an effortless arrival. New, clean hotel close to the cruise ship port is very popular with guests who are about to board cruise ships. Small swimming pool is overrun with cruise ship kids, and late breakfast can be a mob scene. I ate my oatmeal standing up one day.

Rooms are large and comfy with lovely beds, gym is good, but....the location of this hotel makes it a headache if you're in town to explore Boston. It's a good 15-minute walk from anywhere, and whatever you save on hotel fees will be eaten up by Uber and Lyft costs.

There's a bus out front that comes intermittently and not at all on Sundays, and the "Silver Line" nearby which looks like a train line on a map but is actually just another bus.

Bottom line, it's a nice hotel, and the location is probably fine if you have a car or are just waiting for the cruise ship shuttle. If not, you'll spend a lot of time in transit.

Daniela, our housekeeper, and all the other housekeepers and custodial folks take such great care of our room and all the common areas.

I think sometimes guests of hotels forget about those who look after us while we are gone working or shopping.

They are behind the scenes of making sure our rooms are neat and clean as well as all common areas are kept sanitized.

Let’s give it up for them and show them the appreciation that they deserve.

Also, Natalie and all the front desk folks do an amazing job of smoothly checking guests in. They are a well oiled machine and deserve our thanks and recognition for a job very well done.

Natalie has constantly gone above and beyond during all my stays over the past sever months.

Thank you one and all!!!

I was slightly underwhelmed with my stay at the Hampton Inn in Boston, especially with the nightly rates being higher than what I usually spend on average. The staff was friendly enough and the rooms were clean. But it was hard to rest up after long days going around the city, the air conditioning units of neighbouring rooms are installed against the shared walls and they made the walls "hum" at night, waking me up and making it hard to fall back asleep. The mattresses being a little on the hard side didn't help with this either. I'm generally not a morning person, so when attempting to get some breakfast somewhat later, most options were no longer available. On top of that, most of the cans with milk/coffee/tea were also emptied out. Overall, I'd expected a bit more for the price.

We were attending a concert at the Leader Bank Pavilion. This is a great hotel if you are going to a show. It is an easy walk to the venue. Lord Hobo Brewery is across the street and Harpoon Brewery very close by as well. The hotel is in a great spot for cruisers, a concert, or for the convention center but it it not located in a good spot if you're here to explore Boston. It can be done but you have to be a walker. We walked two miles to Hanover Street in the north end. There is bus service but it wasn't easy to identify where it was. The hotel itself was pretty nice. Huge lobby, excellent breakfast, beer taps in the lobby if you want a beer. Valet parking is $58.00 a night. Crazy expensive for overnight parking. This is also a Homewood Suites hotel combined with the Hampton Inn. They have two separate breakfast areas. one for Hampton and one for Homewood. Hotel wasn't overly crowded except for check out time on Sunday morning. The room itself was large. The bed was not the typical plush Hampton Inn bed. It was on the firmer side and therefore I hardly slept all night. That was disappointing. I book Hampton Inns because of their comfortable soft mattresses and this hotel didn't have that. The bathroom is large and the provided toiletries were good quality. The air conditioner was very quiet and did not cycle on and off all night. It was quiet at night for the most part but could hear outside traffic on occasion. I recommend this hotel for the most part.

My husband, teenage son and I stayed here for 3 nights while touring the city. We had a room overlooking a small harbor. The rooms were well insulated, but the A/C was a bit noisy when it turned on and off. Beds were comfy and room was a good size for Boston standards. The complimentary breakfast was so good and they had different choices for each morning of our stay. There is a wonderful family friendly brewery (Harpoon) within walking distance which serves food and has board games and games like cornhole. Yankee Lobster is next to the brewery, their lobster roll was one of our favorites in New England. To get downtown, there is a bus stop around the corner and it’s clean and easy to maneuver, We also used Uber and it was fairly reasonable and quick. We loved that this hotel was a little removed from the business of downtown and the area was relaxed and chill. Appreciated the corn hole set downstairs and the park circle area to relax in.

My partner and I recently checked into the hotel after disembarking from a cruise ship. My first comment is that the hotel is within a short walking distance of the cruise port, so there is no need to take a taxi. More importantly, the welcome from Inna at the hotel's reception was the best we can remember - and we travel a lot. Although it was perhaps 8 a.m., Inna offered us a noon check-in (I'm a Hilton HHonors Gold member), took our bags to the storage room, invited us to enjoy the complimentary breakfast and helped us to find our location on a city map. And when we did pick up our room keys later, Inna gave us a gift bag of snacks to enjoy in our upgraded room. Inna's contagious enthusiasm and obvious pride in her hotel shone! We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone joining or disembarking from a cruise.

If this is your first time in Boston, then I don’t recommend to stay in the Seaport location. Getting to downtown and other parts of Boston with or without your car is not convenient. There are also only a few eating places in the walking distance. The rooms are very clean and new, which is a big plus. However the parking is incredibly inconvenient and expensive. I used the hotel valet to park. Since the parking garage is in the hotel, guests should be able to park themselves and access the car whenever they want. I had to ask the valet to bring my car in front of the hotel even for some small things-such as looking for a hat in the car. The parking garage should be accessible to the hotel guests all the time. Also, the hotel needs to provide better variety of healthier choices during breakfast. It was complimentary but the breakfast was loaded with carbs and sugar every morning. I understand that Hampton Inn has a standardized concept, however some of details need to be customized to scale up to the location and pricing. This hotel was definitely not inexpensive. So the perks should’ve been better especially to the Hilton Honors members.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I don't go on this site often. Logan Airport is on the opposite side of the dock to the hotel. To get there, take the SL1 bus from the Silver Line Way bus stop (a 10-minute walk from the hotel). As for Gillette Stadium, your best bet would be to take a cab to Boston South station and catch the 'Foxboro Event Service' train to Foxboro. They run only on event days. Hope this helps.
