Hotel's Favourite
The hotel was what we were looking for: nice room, clean, near the seaport, a not unreasonable walk to the Aquarium and Faneuil Hall. Hotels as nice as this that were closer to the Aquarium are priced much, much higher, so we consider the a good value.

As a Hilton Diamond member, I have stayed at many of the Hilton brands and this was one of my favorites. We were in town for the New Year and have never stayed in the Sea Port district. This hotel is relatively new and still in exceptional condition. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite and were impressed with all of the amenities including 2 smart TV's, kitchenette, comfortable bedding and a very spacious shower. The free breakfast has the typical buffet offerings including waffle iron, pastries, breakfast meat, eggs, yogurt, bread, etc.... Everything was hot and fresh. The largest factor which separates this specific property from others were the Homewood Suites staff members. From the valet to the front desk staff to members of housekeeping and those working at the buffet, everyone was insanely friendly, helpful and well trained. This is an indicator of good hotel leadership and embracing the Hilton guest experience. There are a large variety of restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping and public transportation. We scheduled a tour of the Harpoon brewery which was a 5 min walk from the hotel .…

We had an amazing stay. Joseph, Carmen and Inna were amazing staff from from the front desk they always helped us with whatever we needed. Memsura helped us at the social event on Wednesday which was amazing.they had snacks, cheese, beer and wine. Everyone was so nice and made us feel like family and friends. One of the best Hotel stays I've had.

Memsura was very kind at breakfast. She brought us boxes upon seeing we still had so much food towards the end of breakfast, and made sure we had a little extra to take back to our room! Before we left, she inquired about our stay and let us know when some other activities would take place in the hotel, inviting us. We felt very welcomed and included by Miss Memsura.

This luxury studio is not really luxury. Some sockets in the studio are not working, some of them partially worked. One day yes and another not. In the luxury studio we did not find toothpaste and toothbrushes, as well as slippers and bathrobes. All of these should be INCLUDED in the luxury studio or room if hotel is trying to provide this kind of service. We also had been surprised finding no restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was poor enough that suggests us omelette every morning no cheese (slices) or choice of meat. The rest in the hotel was good enough. Especially friendly and cooperative staff

It was a great hotel and a great stay! The breakfast was wonderful, great selection and the breakfast lady was so friendly and helpful! They give you bottled water upon check in. They also have a self serve beer tap which was great!

So staying at this hotel I was pleasantly surprised and happy about the enthusiastic, friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with something that did not involve the hotel yet the front staff went out of their way to help us which they did (shout out to Natalia V. And Casandra). They really came through for us. Hotel is very clean and open as well. All the staff are super friendly and again the facilities are clean and great. Definitely an option when staying in Boston
