I had the pleasure of staying at the Omni for business. We had the suite in The Patron Tower. It was beautiful, spacious, and had a pool table. All of the eateries were superb and each one was different. We ate multiple times in Kestra, and Thomas, Kenny , and Blanca were our servers and they gave great service and were very pleasant. We spent a great deal of time at Crescendo, the lobby bar, and Edison, Robert, and Pedro took very good care of our group. They gave excellent service and were very friendly and fun. Owen at the sports bar was very friendly, fun, and made an excellent expresso martini. We also went to Lifted pool bar and Josh was also friendly and had a great sense of humor teamed with top notch service. Last but not least, Elizabeth was our housekeeper, and she kept our suite immaculate all on her own. All of these wonderful people made our stay an exceptional one. I highly recommend this hotel.…

Mohamed was the bellhop and was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Overall great experience and the pool is amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that has a conference across the street at the conference center. It’s very convenient and high quality.

Fantastic! This was a beautiful hotel. Well-maintained friendly staff. Plan ahead if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant. If not there’s a Brazilian steakhouse on the street Which is great!! Ziggy the valet was awesome! Kristopher at check in was friendly and informative!!

Enjoyed our overnight, rooms are clean and plenty to do within the hotel. Great location and easy valet process. Room service was quick and not overpriced. This review wants a minimum of 200 words but I don’t have anything else to say.

We have stayed twice now at this hotel. Our room was in the patron tower, with a lovely view. Beds were comfortable, they provided us with a microwave at no extra charge and employees were all very friendy and helpful. Shoutout to Sayen who made our check out process fast & easy. The hotel is very modern and full of art. Right across from the convention center and 20 min walk to downtown Boston. We’ll definitely come back!

Everything about this stay was exceptional. Professional friendly people who seem to enjoy their jobs and are good at what they do work here. Elena, Chad, and Calvin all made my check in and out experience smooth and accommodated some special requests without any problems. The food at their restaurants is delicious and unique. The design elements in the rooms and throughout the hotel are thoughtful and beautiful. And so conveniently located near the convention center.

We stayed the the Omni Hotel across from the convention center. Everyone employee we encountered was beyond wonderful, accommodating, helpful. I particularly wanted to point out that Ziggy was so courteous as were the other valet. Thank you. We will def be back.
