Everything about the hotel stay was wonderful. Hayley at the front desk is very helpful and the rest of the staff is extremely pleasant to deal with. The location of the Boston Marriott Copley is outstanding. Everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance. The staff is top notch! All of our needs were accommodated! Yes, I recommend this...

Excellent service, impeccably clean, quiet, and with a convenient location. The staff of this hotel is friendly, warm and down to earth. They went out of their way to make sure my family was comfortable, and pointed out some helpful tourist site info. The GM of the hotel, Bernardo, was particularly accessible, charming and made us feel like we were...

All of the employees were wonderful. They were there to assist you in whatever you needed. The room was large, clean and quiet with enough information pamphlets to guide you easily through the hotel and city. Room service was great and I like the breakfast on the go. There was a stuffed animal, Exeter, on the bed when you checked...

Excellent location--very easy walking distance to major shopping/cultural/landmark/transportation hubs. Quiet hotel overall. Good price for its downtown location. Clean room and bathroom. Warm and accurate welcome from front desk staff. We would stay here again. Breakfast not included.

My family and I have such an affinity for the city having lived in Boston for many years before moving away. We consistently stay at this hotel with repeated satisfaction for the stellar location and access to many of Boston's main attractions like restaurants, parks, theaters, shopping on Newbury and Boylston Streets, running routes and the Charles River. The service...

We stayed here for one night in October. The location is great just a few blocks away from Fenway Park. It is across the street from a TJ Max. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfy. They only have valet parking. The breakfast was fresh and good. I would stay here again.

We visited 88 Exeter/Courtyard Marriott at Copley Square on a Thanksgiving trip to Boston to visit family. We were lucky to snag a room at this popular hotel. I was worried that the hotel couldn't possibly live up to the great Trip Advisor reviews, but it actually did!!! The service was outstanding, the room was spacious and quiet, and the...

Little gem of a hotel in an excellent location, clean rooms, with modern decor, large windows giving room lots of natural light, free strong WiFi, mini frig, magnifying mirror, bathrobes, plenty of outlets, and a very small gym (not surprising given size of hotel) with new equipment We liked this hotel better than large Marriott and Westin in Copley Place,...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
