We used this hotel because we attended an event attached to it. The beds were small (double for rooms with more than 2 people) and the refrigerator was tough to plug in. We had called down about our TV not working and they never fixed...More

Stayed here during a recent convention and found it to be a great choice. It is connected to the Boston Convention Center via a second floor walk way which makes it super convenient. It is spacious and clean, with large rooms and all the amenities....More

next to convention center on waterfront, with many restaurants nearby, a train/bus station and a subway station are close-by. The airport is not far. Very convenient in many ways.
Very active and comfortable.
On our arrival to the Westin Seaport Friday night, we were greeted by our weekend host, Clayton, who upgraded us to a room with a view due to cancellations from the snowstorm. Because of the weather, we had a nice dinner at the hotel's pub,...More
This area has been expanding and becoming more and more popular, for good reason. Not surprisingly, the seaport district of South Boston is located beautifully along the water. The area is designed for easy strolling along the HarborWalk, and there are bars and restaurants for all ages and budgets. The Institute of Contemporary Art is located in this area in a contemporary building with an absolutely stunning
deck overlooking the water. In the summer time there are Friday music concerts on the deck of the museum. Nearby, there are many green spaces to enjoy.

Yes it is within walking distance of several very good restaurants. You have to try The Barking Crab!. You will need to Uber to The Market and other attractions. I think $8 was the most we paid one way. This hotel has been one of my favorites and Boston was an awesome place to visit. Another must try restaurant is "Piccolo Nido Ristorante". The owner is Peno. He will sit with you, sing for you and drink wine with you! It is very small, so make reservations adn you will need to Uber.
