My husband and I decided to spend our Valentines Day weekend at the Westin Boston Waterfront for a quick getaway and the experience was superb! The Customer Service was excellent - I can not say enough about Eugene Ruiz and the service he provided. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the room service was excellent! We spent...

My family and I attended the MDA gala on Thursday night and my son was extremely nervous going up to the stage. With many in attendance and celebrities my son Charlie took an extreme liking to a waiter name Roger . Roger was telling him not to be nervous and go on stage and be proud. My wife and I...

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at The Westin Boston Waterfront last August, 2016. We attended the Boston Walker Stalker Con held at the hotel and convention center. The hotel was modern, had polite staff and great housekeeping. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are good size. Laugh Boston Comedy Club has access from inside the hotel. MJ...

This is a large Westin hotel with an abundance of facilities and options. The restaurants are good as is the bar.😉 The rooms are comfortable and of the standard you expect at Westin I really like this hotel and it will be my "go to" in Boston.

Cheap and great. Water taxi to town $20 per day. 24 hour Shuttles to the airport. Unreal views. The restaurant has great views of the city as well. Very friendly staff. Rooms are plain but clean. Get your water taxi tickets from the reception desk.

Stayed here two night and felt very welcome and at home. Roomy and very clean. Will stay here again. Everyone was helpful to someone who visited Boston for the first time. I dressed up really weird, as it was Halloween, and walked right across the lobby and all I recived was smiles. Which was great since I did not know...

stayed here for my business trip for 1 night. Room is great, Starbucks is on lobby, and very clean. I was impressed that the treadmill was in the room. I wonder who is actually using it. I used it as a hanger for my clothes. Hotel staff at this hotel are very nice and professionals. But I think parking price...

Stayed here for annual dental convention for 2 nights. Great room, very clean. Good size bathroom, plush towels, (shower could be a little more forceful). Comfortable king size bed. Went to the hotel bar - great drinks and great service from the only waitress and place was hopping. She was able to accomodate everyone and drinks and snacks came quickly....

We are always greeted by the valet with a huge smile and warm welcome. The bellhop is right there loading ALL my luggage. Check in is quick and flawless. Then our luggage is whisked away and delivered to our comfortable, bright, spacious and clean room. I love how green they are. We chose no housekeeping while we were there. I...

The hotel staff at this hotel are a perfect example of excellent customer service. From check in to check out, everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Front desk representatives were happy to assist, bellmen/valet were courteous (including Franny with Enterprise), Paul with security was especially helpful and kind.
