Loved my stay! It was so clean and modern, I appreciated the efforts to keep things stocked and professional. Comfy beds, quiet air systems (that don't keep you up all night), and tasty cocktails in the downstairs bar. I also liked being able to step outside and hang out by the water. I was there for a convention and being close by was very convenient.

Very nice hotel, clean and with a wonderful staff. Beds and pillows are comfortable and the rooms spacious. Shout out to Harold at the front desk who was always eager to help and to make sure everything was perfect.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff is what make this hotel outstanding. I came here with my boyfriend for a birthday get away and Harold was so kind and even upgraded our room to a suite as a surprise! The room itself is gorgeous (attached a pic of the view below) and they were so accommodating when we needed an extra fridge and left wine and a fruit platter :’) concierge was so helpful and made us amazing food reservations and the bell man brought our bags up and helped us put things away. Spa is beautiful and I got a great massage. Overall I would 100% come back here and enjoyed my stay so much!!

Our 1st out of 3 InterContinental hotels that set the standards for Toronto and Montreal! From the check in to the Lounge, our experience was exemplary. The luxury didn't felt trimmed or discounted and the people were honest and helpful. The simple the better. The culinary offerings were delicious and impressive. We enjoyed profoundly the days we spend there. We are coming back with the reverse tour: Montreal, Toronto, Boston.

We were celebrating our anniversary and had an amazing time! Harold helped us out at the front desk and was so kind. He got us all set up with our room and recommended some nearby restaurants for a celebratory dinner. He got the weekend started off on a great note. Our room was fantastic - so comfortable and spacious. We had two breakfasts at the hotel that hit the spot! I have a couple dietary restrictions and I really appreciated how they accommodated me. Overall I would highly recommend!

Beautiful property, very friendly staff, great location! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Special shout out to Tenphel at the front desk - he is so friendly, kind, and helpful! And I can’t remember our waiters name at the hotel restaurant, but it was late and we were only 1 of 2 tables being used at the time, so he took my son back to the kitchen for a tour and to meet the head chef! And the indoor pool was great. Highly recommend 👍

Okay, so I normally don't write reviews until the end of our stay, we literally checked in 20 minutes ago and we are already blown away by the amazing welcome we received by Adam the Concierge and Tenphel the gentleman that checked us in. They treated our young son like a vip, and he loved every minute of it. Thank you both for starting us off on our weekend getaway right and being so kind and helpful!! Very much looking forward to the rest of our stay!!!

This is a lovely hotel. The staff at the front desk and at Miel Brasserie were exceptional. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and it’s a great location. Kudos to Gauran and Nila (not sure that I correctly spelled their names) at the front desk! Although we used IHG points they gave us an upgrade so we weren’t facing the street.

IHG is just incredible. Their staff go above and beyond (thanks for being wonderful, Tenphel), the room is sparkling clean (I’m a clean freak), and the room is peaceful. I would definitely book a stay here again!
