A well cared for and well run hotel. They may have been busy, however they never let you know it!. The airport shuttle is great and quick. Rooms are very nice with all the basic necessities. They have a Great shower and spacious bathroom. The hotel gym was pretty good. The pool looked nice. The restaurant was well run and well staffed. Food was good and fast! Breakfast was delicious and dinner was really good. I highly recommend this hotel!
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport in mid-July and we could not have asked for a better experience. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, the food was great, the location was convenient, and the service was exceptional. Kathy at the front desk was particularly helpful and accommodating, but everyone on staff was delightful. It was an easy 7-minute walk to the train station on the blue line and just a few stops to Aquarium and State Street. It was so easy to get around on the T, and so convenient to leave our car at the hotel and not have to pay for parking. I would HIGHLY recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport for anyone looking to visit Boston but wanting accommodations that are affordable, convenient to the airport, and convenient for driving to the city.…
We had no issues whatsoever with this hotel. (except the bathroom is quite small, especially for two people.) The staff and food were very good. People were friendly and the room was clean and quiet. I would stay there again.
Awesome location. T to the downtown area. Easy walk to some awesome restaurants and bars. Great brunch places nesrby too. Our first choice in hotels in Boston. Been there many times. We will be back many times!
Clean hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Sheets are stiff and scratchy but not so much that it is unbearable. I had a great view and enjoyed my stay. Free shuttle the airport was also really great and the driver was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
Very clean and spacious, easy in and out. If you can walk to your terminal from the Hilton in Logan itself, it might be worthwhile to stay there, but certainly if not and you have to shuttle anyway, might as well stay here instead. Usually less expensive, newer and cleaner, and it's a 7 min shuttle ride.
The room was so comfortable, clean, and especially quiet! Airport and traffic, and the room blocked it all out! Food at the hotel restaurant bar was excellent. Great stay the night before a flight, made everything so much easier!
SUPER comfortable bed! Room was a relief to come to after my busy day for work. Shower had good pressure. I could hear some kid noise from the hallway in the evening, but it wasn't too bad. Ultimately got an excellent night of rest. Easy and quick check-in/out. I chose the Hilton points as the welcome gift instead of the food/bed credit; it didn't get applied, and it took two phone calls for it to get applied, but ultimately they got the points credited! Forgot my toothpaste and they had extras at the front desk. Hotel is in a good area to go for a run, and I enjoyed doing so along the streets to the east.
Fabulous! Loved the fruit water in the lobby. Checkin receptionist was super nice. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and quick. I will definitely stay here again on future trips out of Logan airport!
We came to Boston to be with my husband for a week who had been staying there for work for over a month. Artemia did a wonderful job with our room and was very accommodating with our requests. Theresa, Susan and Kayla were a delight to run into in the morning and the chef (not sure of his name) was also friendly; cooked a wonderful breakfast, too. My daughter raved about the fresh baked cinnamon rolls and the free coffee in the lobby. My son loved the pool. It’s only 5 ft deep and heated; perfect for young children and it was wheelchair accessible with a bathroom and shower inside. The exercise room was conveniently across the hall and they recently acquired a Peloton bike. The laundry room was also on the first floor and the machines worked smoothly. Apparently, the dryer broke down before we came and it was replaced in a few days into our stay. The shuttle staff was also kind; the encounters with Carlos and Rich were the best, and they were knowledgeable about the city. There was enough places to eat that was walking distance. We also used Uber Eats and Maria at the front desk made sure to keep our food safe until we were able to retrieve it; she too was a pleasant person to interact with. If you have children, you will enjoy the park that’s next door. The subway is walking distance (less than 10 minutes which is good when you’re traveling with children) or you can take the hotel shuttle to the airport and get on the T there. This hotel was in a great location. Updated, clean, lively but not too loud. Our entire experience was great, and we’d stay there again.…
