The Oasis Guest House is a wonderful place to stay. Our son was moving into college nearby. The Oasis has provided us with a charming home away from home. The staff is friendly and kind. The rooms are efficient and spotless. We plan to come back very soon!

The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. It was an easy walk to Fenway Park or the Prudential Center and easy access to the T. The breakfast had a good selection with healthy choices and filled us up for a fun day on the town.

A top place that met all our needs. The rooms were comfortable, clean, well maintained and with AC. The free breakfast is convenient and means you can get straight on with the day's activities. Well located right off Massachusetts Ave the transit railway station (Hynes Convention Stn) on the Green line is only 5 min walk away. Busses up Mass....

This was our second time staying at the Oasis Guest house and it was wonderful, warm and friendly, affordable, and spotless as usual. Richard and Victor are so pleasant and eager to help in any way to make your stay as pleasant as possible, whether it be helping bring your luggage up to your rooms, or giving you maps and...

We're also happy to know that you found our staff helpful and pleasant, and your accommodations clean and comfortable. I made a short trip up and stayed here. It certainly met my needs. I wasn't in room much at all. Room was clean and basic. I took a room with a bathroom which was about $50 more. My only complaints were the temperate of the room and some noise on the street I could hear. The a/c is controlled...

We wanted a place within walking distance of Fenway Park because we were seeing Pearl Jam for two nights. We loved staying at the Oasis Guest House. It was close to everything. For four days we walked to everything we wanted to do: Fenway, Freedom Trail, Public Gardens, Cheers, Newbury Ave., MIT and much more! Our bed was awesome! We...

I love this place. I had one day by myself to explore Boston and I'm so glad I stayed here instead of paying for something more expensive. • Very helpful and friendly staff. • Walkable to everything. • Perfect little room in an old building, but everything immaculate. • A wonderful serve-yourself little breakfast experience. VERY GOOD • I left...

This is a cute guest house. Close enough to everything in Boston yet far enough away to cost a little less. I really liked it's quaintness. It is old but clean. It is small but well laid out. The windows are paper thin which means that if it is hot outside then it is a little warm in the room...

Beautiful, clean and ideal for the baseball. Excellent service and a compact but spotless room/bathroom. Small outdoor terrace on two of the floors too. The railway a two minute walk and loads of places to eat in the surrounding area. Perfect! Staff very friendly - highly recommend.

This is indeed an Oasis in busy Boston, perfectly located within walking distance to Fenway, Back Bay attractions, MIT, Boston Pops, subway, etc. On a quiet more residential street so out of the fray. We had a 3rd floor walk-up room, but didn't mind, plenty of space, comfy bed and pillows, good shower. Breakfast each morning was plentiful, with real...

Staying in Fenway / Kenmore

Neighbourhood Profile
Fenway / Kenmore
The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign is another Boston skyline classic seen throughout the city. In addition to a hectic and diehard sports mentality, this neighborhood is also home to some of Boston’s many universities. Move from Boston University territory to that of Northeastern, and spend time at the famous Museum of Fine Arts. For more culture, check out the smaller but equally beautiful Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Continue off the beaten path and check out the green space in the Back Bay Fens, a pretty community garden. This diverse neighborhood has a mix of universities, sports, culture, and more residential green space.
