Excellent Hotel Overall especially staff friendliness and beautiful room. The location is perfect and the Hotel lives up to it's reputation. Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful with offering directions and well wishes.

Read reviews complaining of tiny rooms so I chose a King Executive room. Wow, it was awesome. Bathroom was tiny but fully equipped. The view was of a brick wall but this is typically in big cities and I didn't request a view so I am not complaining. Every member of the staff was friendly. We had the buffet breakfast...

This guest used Booking.com to make his reservation and our presidential suite is not available on that site...it must be reserved directly with the hotel. He did book a premier category suite, which he received, and which it seems he thought was the presidential suite. We believe that this experience clouded the rest of his stay and regret that this...

Sorry for your poor breakfast experience...clearly an aberrant one for which we apologize. We were also surprised with your comment about the Boston Cream Pie...everyone seems to love it! In any event, thanks for the feedback and Happy Holidays!

This is our second stay at this hotel and it was lovely, it's a traditional hotel but with a modern twist, full of charm, the location is brilliant, Macy's and bath and body works around one corner and fanuil hall with all the other shops around the other corner, north station a 5 min walk away, we went to salem...

Yes, even the Kennedy's stayed here. It's royally decorated with dark woods and luxurious carpets - very historic. The restaurant, with its high ceiling and paneled walls brings thoughts of royalty to mind. Reputed to be the birth place of the Boston Crème pie (and on the menu), the taste was not up there with the reputation. Steaks though were...

I absolutely adore this hotel and will stay here every time I visit Boston. I have stayed at the Omni Parker House 3 times, and each time it is a wonderful experience. The staff is nothing short of phenomenal, the service excellent, and the decor is lovely, especially in December for the holidays. They have a shop in the hotel...

I stayed here for one night during a work convention in the city. The hotel is beautiful and opulent - they definitely don't make hotels like this any more! The service was great from valet to checkin. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side and the bathroom is tiny (not a lot of counter space around the sink to...

Purchased the romantic retreat package. Included a pre stay concierge call, bottle of champagne, and turn down service. Never received the concierge phone call, turn down service wasn't impressive. Champagne was nice. Helpful staff, central location to Fanueil Hall and Boston Common. Would stay there again

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
