This property is an average facility, physically. It's the same layout and design as the Westin Cincinnati, implying it was built quite a while ago, and while being made over internally, is a dated building. The staff is average too. Not overly helpful, but not rude or uninviting. They need a little backbone tho as they were afraid to take...

Excellent stay. Ended up with this lovely hotel through Hotwire hot deals. I am also a SPG member and was allowed to attach that to my reservation and earn point for my stay. Arrived around 1:30pm and was able to check in right away. This hotel is convenient to the T - one block from either green line Copley stop...

Stayed here for a conference and you can definitely tell that this is a conference hotel where they churn guests/rooms very quickly. This hotel is NOT up to Westin standards. The room was dirty and it just felt a little gross. No attention to detail and did not feel like a luxury hotel brand. See photos, found hair in multiple...

I stayed at the Copley a few months back while medical treatments and the experience I had was incredibly memorable. I stayed for three months. I was welcomed by Dean Henry, the Desk Supervisor and he assured me that anything I needed I would received. Additionally, I met with the Director of Guest Services, Sarim Son, who also made sure...

Pros: Excellent rooms that are a good size with modern decor. Good exercise facility, Great location Cons: Smallish lobby, underwhelming bar and restaurant This is a very good Westin, with modern, spacious and clean rooms, and a good exercise facility (lots of cardio machines, some free weights). The location is great, in Back Bay which is a lively area of...

I stated in Boston for a weekend at the Westin. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable! The view from my room was great! The hotel offered a bar, restaurant, and spa! All worth it. The location is ideal and close to everything. Worth every penny!

I had a chance for a quick one day and one night in Boston recently and it was just about perfect, so I thought I would share some highlights for folks who are looking for a great one-day, full (but relaxed) trip. I booked a room at the Westin at Copley Square which I love because it's right in the...

I can't give this hotel 5 stars because they need to make the elevators more secure for guests. Everything else is great Tirri, the concierge was superb. Great recommendations and attentiveness. Westin offers a green service- no houskeeping, new towels, soap- unless asked for. I don't mind making my own bed and calling for towels and shampoo when needed. Westin...

I stayed here twice since I could not get into my usual hotel in Back Bay. Both times I had a problem with check in and reception. The latest: the key did not work after I got up to the 19th floor in a very crowded elevator. The rooms are just OK, with small bathrooms. Nothing exceptional about this hotel.

Good Westin at the Galleria shopping mall. The problem is that a lot o,people use the entrance to get to the mall, so the lobby sometimes is crowded with visitors. The rest is a solid Westin with bar, cafeteria and all you need. Good location in the middle of the action.

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
