Beds were extremely comfortable, temperature control was excellent, fan was constant and quiet, shower was spacious, location can't be beat. Didn't get to explore all amenities during our one night stay, but hoping to return for longer next time.
Over the span of 18 months in 2015 and 2016, I spent about 15-20 nights per month at the Westin Copley Place. I tried the other Starwood hotels in Boston but ultimately settled here because I truly felt that the hotel staff was trying to...More

I could not have been more impressed with the Westin Copley. Seeing as how we’re newbies to Boston and only stayed one night the gentleman at front desk immediately upgraded us to a suite with one of the most spectacular views I’ve ever had at...More
Stayed here for a week. Friendly and helpful staff especially Frank at concierge he could not be more helpful. Good atmosphere in the lobby.
Would recommend to stay here as it's in a great location.
Nice and spacious rooms with classic Westin decor and amenities. Good location close to the center of Boston tourist and business areas and right across from major transportation hub at Back Bay.
It’s a big place so don’t expect warm and fuzzy but service is...More

Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice
weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.

No pool - but fantastic upgraded fitness center - even a peloton bike - AND you can use the Marriott pool on the other end of the wonderful Copley Place mall (you don't have to go outside to get to it).
