We were here for a four day conference. The staff was helpful and friendly. The elevator situation is a bit troublesome during high traffic times. The bar/restaurant staff was awesome and gave us tips on things to do. The room was very clean and well...More
A wonderful gift for us experience, perfect location for city break. We were lucky enough to enjoy wonderful views from our room on the 34th floor overlooking the Charles River. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with coffee making facility. The hotel was spotlessly clean...More

For almost $400, not including the $15 internet charge and the $60 parking fee, I was expecting a nicer experience.
Service as usual at SPG properties is good, but this hotel is dated- old looking rooms, no mini bar, cheap motel-looking furnishings and fixtures. I...More

A beautiful hotel right in the hustle of busy downtown. Within walking distance of hundreds of restaurants, bars and clubs. Parking was very expensive but was all valet. Clean and friendly staff. A bit expensive but a great hotel.

Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice
weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
