Very nice room, wonderful friendly staff. Good restaurants nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would recommend if you need to go to the airport or Amtrak quickly. Nice to be in this relatively new area of Boston.
The Seaport is my go-to in Boston. Most importantly this hotel really understands service, and executes in every area of the hotel. Modern, spacious, clean rooms and common areas, solid and tasty food & drink, and a fabulous health club. The hotel does not waste time on shallow luxury trappings, but they get the important stuff right. In every area of the hotel - front desk, restaurant, TAMO bar, health club, the service was pitch perfect. So many details: It's raining, they gave me an umbrella for the day, coffee continuously restocked for the in-room Keurig without asking, breakfast serviced fast, flavorful and with a smile, etc... On this trip I must give a special shout out to Molita at the front desk who went above and beyond and absolutely saved my trip from disaster. Also, while this hotel is in the Seaport and a bit of a hike to Back Bay and Central Boston, the Silver Line rapid transit stop is just steps out the back door of the hotel. Very convenient.…
New hotel in the Seaport District and the staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel was gorgeous, and the indoor pool made our day. The breakfast was excellent (albeit a bit pricey). There was plenty of space to mingle or sit and chat in the lobby. Close walking distance to everything.
Hotel is in an excellent location near wharf and lots of restaurants. Parking garage is underneath the hotel. Excellent fitness center. Walking distance to top restaurants, Hotel is well kept. If travelling with your family, you may find two small double beds restricting, Definitely, would recommend hotel..
Stayed for my daughter’s 13th bday with 2 of her friends. Great location, parking right under building ($17 for self park) a steal. Pool was great and staff was so friendly and attentive. They sent a gift basket to our room for our daughter. Made her trip. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Will definitely be back!
Took grandchildren for a staycation and it was just great. Pool and fitness center was enjoyable. Meals were delicious. Staff very pleasant and attentive Convenient to historical sites, Old Town Trolley tour with easy access
Absolutely great place to stay from location to staff to facilities. Have stayed twice now and will be first choice anytime coming into Boston. Clean rooms, friendly staff, polite courteous, good location, Cafe Seaport has great breakfasts ...
Perfect location for activities in Chinatown and Downtown Crossing areas. Free shuttle from Logan Airport on the Silver Line 1 is so convenient, too. Nice big gym with lots of space and amenities. Restaurants and coffee spots and parking on site made things so easy.
We spent Christmas here and have only words of high praise for this hotel. Great location, near to the bus station, restaurants and shops. Excellent pool and gym facilities and the gentleman working in the gym was lovely and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday including Christmas Day. Rooms are big, airy and the bed was super comfy. Staff are very pleasant. Thanks for making our Christmas stay in Boston extra special.
Best place and support to stay for a weekend. Great Staff great location beautiful hotel rooms. Great lobby bar very attentive staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Seaport. There were two weddings at the hotel when we were there, but it did not in any way affect our stay
