Beautiful hotel in a great location. So fun to take the water taxi to and from the airport and other sites! Our housekeeper was lovely, and the Concierge left a list in our room of vegan restaurants. Service above and beyond.

I was here for just two nights for a short conference at the World Trade Center. It is a newer property and the rooms while small are very comfortable. I did not really get to try all the amenities, so that is the main reason for the score not being a 5. The service was great though all the way... More

Love the service inclusive concept. Service was still great and I was originally concerned thinking people may not respond as fast but that was not the case. I wish the hotel was in a more central location though.

A bit away from downtown Boston but in the harbour area and walking distance to Quincy Market. 10 minutes to the airport. Very good sized rooms with views. Concierge was excellent - extremely helpful.

My wife and I were in Boston for a business trip and stayed at the Seaport. From our first arrival, we knew that this was a top-notch hotel. The lobby was very high end and the staff was very welcoming. They have a policy in place that tipping is not allowed with the hotel staff. I didn't know this and... More

I went to Boston for a 5 day business conference, I was unable to stay with the rest of my group and was placed at the Seaport. I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was, not only was I happy that I couldn't stay at the other hotel, but my colleagues were jealous. From the ambiance, to service to... More

I am a hotel snob ;-) It's not that I don't stay in "regular" hotels but I have also stayed in some REALLY nice ones and have a very high standard to rate something "excellent." I sometimes find myself saying, "it was nice, but no Four Seasons." So, giving a hotel like this a 5 is rare for me -... More

The wonderful staff at this Boston hotel made for an excellent stay. The room was very clean and the bar - café area was welcoming and comfortable. Very convenient to the convention center. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.
