We stayed at this hotel on a return trip from an out of the country vacation and we were on our way home. Everyone was super friendly from the bus driver Miguel, to the desk attendants Shayla and Marcus and even Domingo in the on site restaurant. The treatment we received made us feel very welcome and special.

A unique package: great rooms (clean, well-kept: comfortable and quiet; friendly and polite staff, wonderful food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); location near the "T"; and, seriously great cookies! In Boston for Business; accessed the Prudential/Hynes area, three days/two nights. Travel time to/from Prudential/Hynes via Red and Green Lines, was about 20 minutes! Save some money and get to see a...

This is a great location for anyone interested in using the subway, as it is conveniently located near a stop. The concierge service within the hotel was extremely helpful and receptive to special requests. We were picked up at the airport by the hotel van and were helped from the moment we met Miguel and Joel. They helped us locate...

Room does not offer microwave or fridge. You have to eat when you are doing a marathon. Also, there are no close restaurants near the hotel. This is in the ghetto area in Boston not a pretty place. Overpriced in a crappy location there is no complimentary breakfast you have to pay. Give me a break for the price every...

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback about your recent stay at our DoubleTree Club Bayside. Although we do not have a full-service restaurant on property, there are many great restaurants located in nearby South Boston, and our staff is always happy to suggest their favorite spots. Our Marketplace Café & Take Away is great for on-the-go meals,...

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is convenient to both downtown (Red Line is 1 block away) and Dorchester. The hotel is very clean, breakfast onsite is convenient, and staff are welcoming. I highly recommend to business travelers and those visiting the university.

Stayed here for the Marathon weekend. Really close to public transit. Room nice with comfortable beds. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Nice shuttle service to/from airport (as long as you don't have a 5am flight). Cookies were awesome too.

Good value. Great staff. Nice rooms. Air Conditioner rattled a lot causing some sleep interruptions. Would recommend this hotel for value. Also would red come d more than two towels per room per day. But asked for more and they arrived within minutes.

Stayed for a week in April with wife and two small children. This hotel was an affordable option just outside the city centre, very close to the JFK / U Mass Metro (which we used every day), and with an excellent shuttle service to/from the airport (thanks Miguel). Rooms were a decent size (for the four of us) and clean,...

I would rate this facility as very friendly with a few minor issues. Although the staff was very friendly, they did not inform us of the fee for breakfast, which was cold and certainly not worth the $15.95 each we were charged. The room was clean, but starting to show its age in the bathroom with bubling paint on the...

Really decent hotel, I was only here for two nights but the rooms were of a good size and very clean. It's a bit 60's decor and I'm not sure they have meant to do this, it's a bit basic and not the sort of hotel where you would spend long in it. For a good nights sleep in a...
