First let me say, the staff here was top notch. The park itself looked a bit rundown but we didn't have any problems. The area around it has been taken over by the city - what once looked like an upscale mobile home park has just been left to rot. So, I'm thinking the city has some plans for the...

Came down for a few days in April. We checked in Monday and left Thursday. Online reservations were easy, check-in and check-out was easy. Level asphalt spots, we were in 22, which is about in the middle of the park. There are only a dozen spots on the bay, the others are within a couple hundred yards of the beach....

Currently surrounded by construction, destruction, urban renewal. Conveniently located to the Mission bay, mission beach attractions. Lots and lots of restaurants within a couple miles. 24 hour security. Chula Vista is nicer if you dont want to be on the north side.

Had a Skype call using their WiFi. Granted, it was early in the morning on a Friday, but still. So, they have that going for them. The spaces in the 80's block are small for my 35' 5th wheel, but we made it work. All pavement sites. Good security. We were checked each time, so that's cool. For the most...

There is 24 hour security which is great. It is right on Mission Bay with beautiful views. There are no activities of any sort and no pool, but being right on the water that isn't too important as you can leave and find your own entertainment by bike riding or walking on the pathway that runs along the waterfront or...

Mission Bay RV Park is a friendly peaceful park by the bay with a beach nearby. They do have a basically private one mile walking path by the bay that is frequented by fishermen who actually catch 4 - 5 pound fish. The RV park is quiet, and very conveniently located. The Wi-Fi is worthless, and they advertise multiple stations...

This is a 'no frills' RV park. We arrived in November and have decided the location was perfect for an extended stay as there is so much to see in the area. After the first 30 days you must leave the park for 24 hours. Then you can stay for two months before having to leave again for another 24...

The location of this resort is great...right on Mission Bay and connected to the big park. That said, the resort is tired. It is basically a parking lot and while the spaces are wide, they are right on top of each other. The restrooms are dated although clean. Internet bandwidth is poor at best. Staff says they are looking for...

We spent a month camping here. You couldn't ask for a better site to experience all that San Diego has to offer. You are only minutes away from SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, the Midway Museum, Harbor Island restaurants, and downtown San Diego. The site were clean, excellent security, and beautifully placed on a peninsula between two sections of Mission...
