The cheapest restaurant was way over priced for Me and two kids The room had no: dvd,hob on demand, movies My kids were bored with nothing to do on cold winter nights after the sun goes down so early. Will probably look for other resorts next time!

The room was a weird combination of nice (beds and sink) and old (walls and doors). I would give it a 3 star hotel instead of 4. It's hard to explain but it really is a bit tacky and over down. The worst part was checkout--I had $225 worth of "extras" (for 4 night) that were a total surprise to...

We are disappointed to see that aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, as we seek to be completely transparent about the parking fee and resort fee. Both of these fees are listed on several pages of our website, during time of booking, and in each booking confirmation email. Unfortunately, we do not have control over how these...

Very attentive staff. Peaceful and relaxing environment. Spa experience was wonderful as well. Experienced issues with my room but staff was quickly accommodating and more than willing to fix the issues

Property in desperate need of some investment. The grounds are tired and neglected and the rooms follow suit. There is no lighting at night which makes for a scary stay particularly for female guests.

This hotel has very nice people working there but this property is in very bad shape. It needs the roads re paved and pretty much updated everywhere. I didn't have room earlier to tell you that our little kitchen was flooded when we woke up. The water came from under the counter somewhere. We didn't report it because we were...

Donna, we are pleased to hear you had a good experience with the staff, however, we're disappointed the rest of your stay was not up to par. With heavy rain and flooding caused by El Nino rain storms, a few of our ground level rooms were affected. That being said, we wanted to ensure you that all rooms have been...

.Excellent get away. Romantic walks along the beach. Easy access to so many places in San Diego. We would highly recommend this island get away to families and couples who want to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer.

My husband will not travel by air, so when I need a taste of Hawaii or the tropical atmosphere, we visit Paradise Point. We are treated with respect and smiles. My husband calls it his home away from home.

The staff were all amazing! The property was quiet and beautiful loved every moment there! My favorite place on the property was hanging around the barefoot bar and grill. Not only were the bartenders nice, they also provided great company. Will definitely go back!

Easy access to freeways and sites in San Diego. Resort is lovely as well as the staff. Having the beach, ponds, and jungle right there was awesome. We had a great time. Several reviews compared it to All Inclusives in developing countries. I feel it's unrealistic to expect the same thing for the same price in the centre of San...
