My two day stay at Paradise Point was everything a hotel guest could ask for. The resort has a true tropical paradise feel; from the lagoons, exotic birds, palms and the blue skies to the crystalline bay that surrounds the property. My room was stylish, clean, comfortable and created a relaxing environment. Perhaps best of all was the smart, polite...

The gardens and the pools are beautiful. The decor is no doubt similar to the original 1960s theme with barrel chairs and copper covered central fire pits in the lobby. The rooms are updated with comfortable mattresses, but the architectural style of the 1960s has just a few windows. Perfect for those who like the dark for sleeping, but I...

The property, our room, staff, & food were all excellent! PP was sold out due to a conference but the staff made an effort to get us a room & we got an amazing Bayside room (w/ fireplace!). The rooms are staggered which gives you the feeling of privacy and the narrow road meanders thru the property giving the resort...

We stayed here from Jan 30- Feb 3. Our room was fairly clean but our room was only cleaned/bed made once during our stay ,,,we had to go search for a maid to get a few dry towels. Grounds are also in bad shape and not once did we see any landscaping crew ...lots of potential for this resort with...

This is my second trip to Paradise Point with Dexcom. Again, this was an excellent choice for us all to be together without all the outside distractions of being in a LARGE hotel. Love the intimate feeling of the entire place.

The resort is lovely with great views and gorgeous landscape. The room was nicely re-done with exception of the bathroom which looked like they hadn't gotten to that part of the remodel. The room got a little cool at night so wear flannel pajamas in the winter if you don't like to use the heater. It was a great please...

Rooms have impression of being vacant most of the time and very dusty. Slept poorly due to constant coughing and sneezing. Most of the rooms seemed to be the same way. Some rooms smell heavily of mildew. Not convenient to offsite shopping or restaurants. If my conference were not here I'd stay elsewhere.

Great staff but they did not handle the noisy party I called them about two nights in a row. The restaurants and staff were excellent. I have stayed here multiple times. This experience saw better restaurants, excellent staff, except for the last two nights, when I had to call security for noisy party goers outside. It was never really resolved...

I proposed to my girlfriend on their premises because it was a special place for us during our early years of dating. I booked a few days ahead letting them know what my plans were and upon checking in I received no congratulations, no comps or upgrades. Even an early check-in seemed to inconvenience them. I called down and told...

Sam, we would like to sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. Offering stellar service to our guests is what we're typically known for, and it appears at this time we've fallen short. I wanted to let you know that we've researched your stay and have found where the disconnect regarding your proposal notes occurred. Unfortunately, notes...

Even in the dead of California winter, this is a beautiful place to be !! It's not uncommon to have a perfect clear picture perfect sunset in January and we had that on our first night, followed by a huge rain storm the next night! This is a very large property, with bungalow style rooms which is great. No one...
