Our bungalow was cute, but old. The bathroom could definitely be renovated: Cracked sink, and lots of caulking around the old tub which had seen better days. The linen was of good quality and clean, and that is always important to me. The onsite restaurants were very good (kids loved the pizza from the 'cave'), but expect to pay a...

Very dated hotel. The grounds, rooms, everything needs a major face lift. Grounds were not maintained or clean. Bird poop was everywhere. Hotel staff did not have any knowledge about the hotel services or area activities. Calling the front desk for information was a joke. I sat on hold for over 10 minutes and they still sent the taxi to...

Our room was large with 2 queen size beds. But be on the lookout for bugs. Our room didn't have any - just those tiny black ones & not many at all. Restaurants at this resort were a little pricey. They "cleaned" the room every day but after I noticed it I also noticed they did NOT give us clean...

We arrived late at night after a long long flight from Glasgow , at reception we were informed that we had to pay $35 a night to park our hire car in our designated parking spot right outside our door , and $28 tourist tax or something of this nature . When we protested at this , the Receptionist said...

Superb location in middle of mission bay. Upon arrival they got us to upgrade by showing us we would be given worst location in resort (corner by road, furthest from beach). Room was fabulous with a tropical decor matching the styling of entire resort. Tried all the restaurants and food was average. Lots of pools and the main/largest one was...

Attended this hotel for a conference, the facilities were very good, sound system clear, good meeting rooms, quality of food was excellent. Internet available free but slow. The bedrooms need major remodeling, no outlets near the bed, only one available outlet in the bedroom competing with coffee maker and plug fall off, towels are industrial and rough. Bed is orthopedic...

I have stayed here many times over the past decade and the resort still holds its charm and quality. This resort is located in the heart of Mission Bay and is literally an island paradise. You'll be warmly greeted upon arrival and check-in, find yourself with comfortable accommodations and amenities, and be able to relax on the property - beach,...

I will try to breakdown the different areas so it maybe will help you in your decision. Staff was friendly - no real issues - overall 4 stars Lobby - dated, cold feeling - 3 stars Rooms - Our room was tiled throughout, walls where painted yellow (interesting) our AC unit was in need of replacement, cycles, clunks, and even...

Great views! Our room had new tile. Staff was courteous and friendly. Great Hawaiian style village with San Diego views. Family friendly. The fire pits are great. Close to all the great mission bay locations and Beaches. Big nice fitness facilities and 4+ pools.

Spent 5 days at the resort at a conference. The resort (felt like Hawaii) has a lot of room to walk, play and do...The conference facilities were great and the service was resort worthy but my room was less than paradise. - Begin first world problem - It was older (in the 700's) and had a damp musty taste. My...
