We had been traveling for almost a week and stayed in two other hotels. This hotel was comparable in cost, but not comparable in quality. We checked into our non-smoking room and could smell smoke. Pipes were exposed in the doorway between the 2 rooms. The air conditioner didn't have a way to turn it off or on. It was...

I became frustrated very quickly. After checking in I go to plug in my electronics to keep them charged. I turned off the bathroom light and the shaver did ot charge. in order to plug in you are required to have the bathroom light on. One outlet worked. The front says he put a work order in but we will...

This worked great for us because it was a low rate for 6 people who just needed to stay overnight. We had a room with 2 beds in one room and a side room with another bed. That's hard to come by in expensive San Diego. The room was clean and did its job. But the wow factor stops there....

I recently stayed for 3 nights at the Loma Lodge. Although it is an older property, the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The thing that impressed me most was the customer service. The manager went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with my stay and I appreciated that more than anything. Thank...

As long as your expectations are modest, this hotel will suffice for an overnight stay at a low cost. Rooms are cramped with their two double beds, but ours was clean and (being on the parking lot side) quiet--except for a noisy air conditioner. There is a pool, which was clean. Parking was very limited, but there is free parking...

Absolutely no frills. You've heard the old saying you get what you pay for. This is one of the lowest price hotels in San Diego.(prices in the area are quite high). If you are sensitive to sound this is not the place for you. (Didn't bother us) Rosecrans street is very busy a lot of traffic noise, hotel is right...

The rooms are comfortable and plentiful. The staff are always helpful and polite. The location on Rosecrans is great and access to restaurants and retail are better than most hotels in Point Loma. They also run weekly specials that other places don't. Won't hesitate to book there again.

Not what I expected from ABVI. Barely enough room for the beds in the room. Bugs in the bathroom (pretty sure it was a termite). Told there would be a continental breakfast, but upon check in was told they don't do that any more. Only have hot coffee/tea. Parking was terrible. Window didn't have screens and we really wanted it...

This was the worst night ever. we had a bottom floor room and after spending half the day traveling and the other half at an event we were exhausted so we were in bed at 9:30, but between the traffic noise the airplanes the the upstairs floor squeaking ( the squeaking is very loud) we didn't get to sleep until...

The walls obviously are made out of 2 sheets of paper. We couldn't sleep until 2:30 as of our neighbor room enjoyed his tv very much. I could still tell you about the commercials. Front desk couldn't solve that in a short time. Then we woke up frequently as the room was facing the street. At 5:45 our "neighbors" to...
