Stayed at Hotel Indigo for 6 nights over Thanksgiving Weekend 2016. Location is excellent within walking distance (or Uber) to the ballpark or waterfront, shopping and many local restaurants and bars. Hotel is just very relaxed and comfortable--beds and pillows especially--clean and eco-friendly. Left something important in the room and Bryce at the front desk was especially helpful getting it... The hotel itself was clean, classy and dog friendly which was great but I was on the 8th floor with the rooftop bar over my head. The walls and ceiling were pretty thin and I could hear dverything going on. Make sure when you make your reservation you do not get the 8th floor. Also, the streets of San Diego... More

Booked this hotel for a convention taking place back on September. I was looking for a central location, close enough to the convention center yet somewhat distant to stay somewhat away from the crowds. Staff was friendly and professional. Common areas and room were clean as well. Reason for giving it a 4/5 rating were due to no mini-fridge in... More

Great hotel, lovely staff, clean and nice rooms. Great view over the town from 10th floor. Rooftop Bar was okay, Gaslamp quarter is nice for going out in the evening (but can be noisy, maybe that's important while travelling with kids).

the hotel indigo staff was friendly from the start. we arrived hours before check-in, but they immediately got us into our room. the room was a bit worse for wear. ex: wall scratched, threadbare bedspread and pillow shams, and overall kind of cheap feeling. considering it's a dog-friendly hotel, you have to assume you're lying on pillow shams of dogs... We took a trip down to san diego for one day and stayed a night here. We booked our reservation for two rooms at one time at least 2 months in advanced. Somehow our family ended up on separate floors which actually became a pain. The front desk staff was always friendly but being separated really sucked. When we got... More

First-time travelers to San Diego, we were pleased with the location. We walked all around the city from here. The room was great, and I even worked on my laptop on the rooftop. Only downside is the expensive parking, but thankfully the staff gave us the insider tip on cheaper city parking.

Stayed here primarily for its location as first time visitors to San Diego. The staff at the hotel go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Our room was very quiet . Would heartily recommend this establishment.

Nice hotel and good staff. To note for IHG Spire Elite Ambassador members, there was no room upgrade despite not being full. Disappointing. They also have no bathrobes.......not a big deal but would have been nice to know.

I was fortunate enough to spend my birthday weekend here as apart of a short stay-cation. From the moment we pulled up, we were welcomed and the check in was a quick and easy process (thanks Erica!) Sergio was nice enough to help is with our bags and Bryce brought me up a birthday cupcake! (So kind of them to... More
