The hotel is in an excellent location, adjacent to the Horton Plaza mall, and a block away from Ralph's Supermarket - so all your needs will be met. It's also within walking distance of the Convention Center and waterfront, and many, many restaurants. Of course, $45 per day for parking is a bit steep, but that's how it is in...

Gotta a super deal on the 35th floor overlooking the bay. Nice room, comfortable bed, quiet, with all the extras you could want. The best part was that one entire glass wall overlooked the bay, meaning we sat there as the sun set and lighted up the sky like a 60's light-show. The hotel restaurants are a bit pricey for...

The room was nice and clean. Very dog friendly. They even bring your pooch a bed and food and water bowls. It was a little noisy but it is downtown and not the hotels fault. We just turned the ac fan on high for some white noise and slept fine. Walking distance to lots of food and shopping!

This was our second stay at this property, but the first was about 8 years ago. My wife was in San Diego for meetings, and we again stayed at the Westin Gaslamp Quarter Hotel. The bell staff was quick to gather our luggage, and our check-in was very quick, via the SPG dedicated line (SPG Platinum members). Due to status,...

I spoke at a conference at the hotel and enjoyed the stay. The room was fantastic. I had forgotten how great the "heavenly bed" is. This is a very nice hotel. The kids loved the pool. There is a $20 resort fee per night and parking is $45 a night. The rooms are pretty comfortable. It is close to many things. Right next to the mall. And we rented some bikes right there and rode down to Cheesecake Factory for dinner.
